This place is amazing. On the water, incredible sunsets views, boating access. The view of St Pete at sunset was breathtaking. Caught Sheep Head, Reds, trout and lady fish right off the dock. Dolphins swam by each day. House is spacious. Upstairs 3 bedrooms for kids, 2 down for adults was perfect for us. Host was incredibly nice and access was super easy. Great time. Highly recommend.

Nice location with a great view

Property has lots of potential but is lacking some upkeep. Location was great and view was even better. Stayed here to entertain some customers. Place was accommodating but is lacking a bit in cleanliness and maintenance. Owner communicated well and was accommodating.

Beautiful Place on the Water

We had a wonderful time here. It is beautiful and spacious. We were there soon after the hurricanes and they did everything to make sure our stay was great.

Spectacular Sunsets!

House was a perfect place for our family of four (Mom, Dad and 2 teenagers) to spread out and relax! The pool and deck area was very peaceful—looking out over the bay, right on the water!

So beautiful

For starters Linda was the best host we have ever had in our vrbo experiences. She was super helpful in every step of our vacation. The home is seriously a dream home. The view was incredible. Every morning we saw dolphins and sting rays. The view is something you see in a postcard. My boys enjoyed the fishing as my girls enjoyed the pool. Everything we needed what so close to the home. We would 100% be booking again with Linda. We give this home 5 stars.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s property. The house is gorgeous, spacious and clean. We were 8 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room so we didn’t feel crowded. You can fish from the deck and have a nice relaxing time looking at the sunset. We were also able to see dolphins and a manatee while fishing!!. It is a quite and nice location, the only downside is that beaches nearby are not as pretty and they’re full of seaweed (so they smell bad) we drove 45min to Anna Maria island and it has the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen, so I highly recommend to do this. Also, the property has some things listed that are not available (Toaster, hair dryer, beach towels, propane gas, kids books and crib). We couldn’t use the dishwasher because it had no detergent. But just to clarify, I never asked for any of the missing things, im pretty sure that Linda would have helped with that because she is wonderful and really easy to communicate with. But we were so busy that didn’t pay too much attention to those things. Overall it was a great vacation and we had a lovely family time. I’d stay here again. Thank you Linda

Thank you dear Beatriz! I am so glad you enjoyed with your family and celebrated your birthday with your loved ones! Also great to know you enjoyed the most beautiful beach at Anna Maria Island and find it very drivable from the house. I wish you could have told me that you could not find the dishwasher detergent, baby books and cribs, etc. There is a storage room on the ground floor next to the elevator room that we have a lot of extra supplies there. And we do have toaster, hair dryers and iron too in the house, kept in the drawer closets. I will take pictures and write a brief locator for items like this. Thank you again for staying with us and letting me know how to improve. Enjoy the rest of summer !!

Dissatisfied

The house has alot of potential, but to charges much per night and the place be dirty is unacceptable. There was a live roach waiting for us in the living room. The fridge had NOT been clean and had an awful old fish smell every time you opened it. Did inform owner told to put baking soda inside which did not help at all. the oven had crusted burned food , the pool was all dirty and slimy at the bottom, the lounge chairs was broken wheel totally off. the carpets inside the house and chairs had stains and old Cushing's in the dining room covering ripped Cushing's. no toilet paper or towels in the bathroom, had to go around looking for them. bar stool broken very wobbly. dirt under the sofas. furniture is old. as a family we made it work and had fun but will not rent this particular house again. no fans on the balcony (you can tell they had some) House needs a lot of TLC. looks great in pictures.

Wow, just wow! What a slice of paradise

Life goes by fast! The summer is gone. We are glad we finally made it our getaway vacation for kids and ourselves before the new school year starts. Staying at Linda’s gorgeous home has been the best of our summer. And this is our new favorite family travel destination. We were extraordinarily happy with this choice. We’re usually very busy but we relaxed together as a family this time. We loved fishing on the pier, watched the splendid sunsetting on the water, playing on the beautiful beaches, snorkeling and swimming in the warm Tampa Bay water in front of the house. We had a spectacular morning kayaking and stand up paddling in the water. The Bahia Beach next to the house is beautiful. It’s sand may not be white, but it is a golden color we like just as much. Linda has prepared for guests the intex kayak, beach chairs and beach towels and umbrella in the house that we could use all the time. The water in front of the house is clear and turquoise. It is a great spot for fishing and snorkeling. We were so lucky we watched the dolphins and manatees in front of us when we sat on the balcony. Seriously, I will return here just to sit every night watching the sunset and dolphins jumping over the water. Amazing! Our family holiday was short—only 6 days- but we love the laid back way of life and the feeling of how close and important we are to each other. It completely reshaped our family relationships. We were sad to leave, the girls especially, and are determined to return to explore more in greater Tampa Bay Area ( Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and nearby Santa Maria Island), in greater depth. Great location for a small family!

This beach house is absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. A nice place to gather with family. We were disappointed to learn that, while it says there's beach access, there's no private beach access - the beach is a drive away and on a public beach where it's incredibly crowded daily. But there's a great restaurant on that beach to eat at! Also, note that upstairs there are three bedrooms, but one is only accessible by walking through another room (a little awkward for the adults!), and there's only one small bathroom to share amongst the group.
