Great Renovated Rental

This home was perfect for two people - small but has everything needed. It was recently completely renovated with several upgrades - LED lighting, entire kitchen, flooring - everything! The homeowner was great to deal with and home was in a very central location close to the hospital and shops. We would definitely rent this home again.

Nice renovated property in Port Charlotte

The house was just the right size for me and my family for our stay. The owner was very good for communication and got back to me quickly when I had a question during my stay. I was not aware of the status of the neighborhood and wish it was a little nicer before deciding to stay there. Overall a good house and owner and had no issues.

Beach House Bliss

Truely a little gem! Very tastefully remodeled 1 bedroom. There is no separate office as advertised. Pictures actually show a second bedroom making you think office turned into bedroom. There is a desk along outside wall of open kitchen and living room. Neighborhood is unkept homes but quiet.Neighborhood unmanicured unm quiet.
