Come and enjoy your stay with us in our newly remodeled beach designed home. This 6 bedroom and 4 bath home has tons of space and is tucked back in a wooded private lot. Kick off your shoes and hang out on the lower patio in the swinging chairs or shoot some hoops in the front driveway. Great long driveway for our RV traveling friends. For our golf lovers, Enjoy a round of golf right around the corner. It is our goal to make you feel as comfortable and happy as possible for your entire stay.

Hawkeye Weekend

Our extended family got together for the first Hawkeye game of the year. The home was perfect for our groups stay. We each had our own bedroom & bathroom. After the game it was convenient with multiple family rooms to sit down and catch a few other football games without fighting over which game to watch. Very simple to check in and check out, easy communication. Highly recommend for a relaxing staying in quiet neighborhood.

Birthday Get Away

Property was exactly as advertised. Great place to host a group. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to groceries, restaurants and downtown Iowa City. Host is very helpful.
