Host was amazing and super responsive. Worked with us on a last minute change. Property was a dream. Tons of wildlife, space and beautiful night skies. We will be back!!
Amazing stay, beautiful home and breathtaking views! The hosts were so kind and you can find everything you need at the house. Celebrated our Christmas reunions and everyone was just wowed with this home. 10/10 we look forward to next year?
The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was perfect for our family gathering at Thanksgiving. Lots of room to eat together, watch movies, play games, play pool, and the monster speaker was perfect for our karaoke night. We would definitely stay again.
The place was very clean and had plenty of necessary kitchen equipment! Host was fantastic and always went above and beyond with my requests. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in Iowa!
Great host! Communication was exceptional for the start. We used the house to host 9 disabled veterans and the finished lower level with the sliders was perfect. The house is in great shape and location is ideal for local parks and lakes.Everything we needed was there and super clean!Definitely recommend this property for your biggest gatherings!
This is an amazing house with spacious rooms to entertain and great outdoor spaces as well. There were great games and toys for toddlers to adults!! It was clean, functional and family friendly. I’d give it 12 stars if I could!! I can’t wait to stay here again.
We stayed here for my son's wedding with family. This property was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and tucked away so make you feel like it was just us. The host was also amazing and worked hard to make sure we felt welcome and that we had everything we needed. There was plenty of thinks to do that everyone was happy and had a great time. Would defiantly recommend this property as a place to stay and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Tiffany!!
Tiffany was in constant contact and quick responses to questions. Even left a little adult care package upon our arrival. All 12 guys like place and would stay there again if we visit area for golf!!
We rented this property for a large group, and we were beyond impressed with everything. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It's in a great location on Coralville Lake, and is a short journey to Lake MacBride. Next time we're in the area, I'll be looking for this place again.
Great overal stay. The house is more than big enough with plenty of things to do inside and outside the property. They furnished all the small things that you would overlook to pack to make your stay much more convenient. Looking forward to our next trip to Iowa and would want to stay here again

This property is absolutely amazing! We couldn't recommend it enough! The home is beautiful! Every room is gorgeous! And the host has put so much thought into every need of the guests staying there! We had a large group of friends coming together for the weekend, and everyone was just blown away by how amazing this place is. We will 100% be coming back to this property for future get togethers
I really can’t think of how this stay could’ve been any better. Tiffany is so responsive and helpful. The house is like a time capsule treasure. A very comfortable place to gather with several nice places to sit indoor and outdoor. Great beds, towels, blankets, kitchen supplies. Easy access to a grocery store and great hiking/biking trails nearby as well! Thank you so much for the hospitality.
Everything about this house is perfect. Great communication from hostess, Tiffany. She's so nice and accommodating. Rented the house for a weekend Hawkeye game with adult children and grandson (22 months). The stash of toys was such a wonderful unexpected surprise since it was cold and rainy (Oregon game). I was able to keep him entertained while everyone else was at the game. Plenty of sleeping room and the decor of the house is fun. New appliances and plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Already booked for next year and can't wait to come back.
Beautiful Home Perfect for Our Bachelorette Party!
We had the most amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 15. We were welcomed with music playing, a thoughtful gift basket with s’mores, and a sweet note congratulating the bride, such a personal and heartwarming touch! The home was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of utensils, games, and space to spread out and relax. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even brought us extra ice when we needed it.Every detail was above and beyond. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

Loved meeting you all and appreciate the extra effort you put into the check-out process.
We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!

About the host
Hosted by Tiffany Stull
I'm currently from Solon, Iowa. I've lived here most of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family. I have four children and two grandchildren. My husband and I enjoy being outside and doing all things outdoors. We enjoy hosting parties and family gatherings. We have drywall business and most recently decided to give the VRBO thing a shot.
Why they chose this property
We recently built a house in this neighborhood and have loved every minute of being here and when this house popped up for sale we thought it would be a great way to share our love for the area with people coming to visit the area.
What makes this property unique
This house was the first one in our neighborhood, construction started in 1976 and was finished in 1994. The couple we bought it from hand build and constructed the whole property while living in "bedroom 2" hence the peephole and deadlock on doors. The husband had all his woodworking tools on wheels and wheeled them around the house as he worked. He was an engineer and skilled in many things. A couple of my favorites pieces are, the stained glass knight in the basement bar - he crafted that. The ceiling of bathroom one was handcrafted from a wax mold, stamped and handpainted. He formula the mold so there would only be full pieces and never a half mold. The stain glass door to bedroom one was handcrafted by his wife. There are so many neat things about this place but my fourth favorite is the main floor balcony. If you look at the middle botton you'll see the letters C & N, those stand for Cecile and Nancy - the owners of the property. Those spindles were hand crafted and inspired by a vacation they took to Italy. This house was a labor of love for these two and we can't wait for everyone to enjoy it as much as they did.
