Welcome to the Launch Pad! 4 bedroom home is centrally located within walking distance of many amenities, 11 min drive downtown, 20 min drive to Red Rocks, and easy access to 70 to head to the mountains.

4 bedrooms (1 king and 3 queens), 2 bathrooms, large driveway, fast wifi, and a large private yard for games or enjoying the Colorado weather!

The home has a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette down with 2 living spaces, great for families! Includes washer and dryer, and 55 and 50-inch smart TVs.

Our house is located in Wheat Ridge, a suburb directly west of Denver. Highlights include less than 5-minute walk to Stylus and Crate coffee shop, Get Rights, Mr. Biscuits Bakery, Colorado Plus Brew Pub and Taphouse, Clancy’s Irish Pub, and Audacity Wine Lounge. The house is also directly across the street from an elementary school with 2 huge playgrounds for the kiddos.

Walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a bank and more. If you need any recommendations please just ask!

Uber/Lyft are plentiful if you don’t want to drive.

We have a large driveway that can fit 4 cars as well as easy free street parking.

Guests will have access to the house, driveway, and large private backyard and patio. The garage is used for storage and is not included in rental.

Great Stay

The house was so cute and will decorated. It had everything we needed and plenty of space, almost as if it were 2 separate places that is great for kids or separate couples. The location was central to everything and very close to a lot of places to eat and drink. The host was very easy to communicate with and super helpful!

Perfect place for a long weekend in Denver!

Cannot say enough about how amazing this property was! We stayed for a long weekend, and were blown away with how cute, clean and amazingly decorated the house was! We had a total of 6 people and never once felt over crowded. Mead and Libby were so responsive and made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay throughout the entire weekend. One of the best rental experiences I’ve had!

Perfect house

This house hit every mark. Clean, comfortable, great for a family with small children. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. My family enjoyed the basket of goodies that was left. I hope we get to travel to Denver again and if we do we would love to stay again. I would definitely recommend this to house!

First trip to Colorado

House had everything we needed and the hosts were so helpful. So nice not to have to bring a travel crib or highchair for our granddaughter. There were also toys, bibs and eating utensil for kids. The four bedrooms gave us plenty of space. The area was close to so many places; walked to get delicious biscuits for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great for families!

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Centrally located between Arvada, Lakewood and downtown, it made it easy for us to navigate between families and tourist destinations. House was stocked w/ kids activities and a great park was across the street. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. On final day, he even came to personally shovel the driveway. Could not of had a better experience!

Lovely November Stay

We were in Denver to visit our daughter over the Thanksgiving holiday and had the best time at Mead and Libby's property! The house is very welcoming, super clean and beautifully decorated with many pleasant rooms to be in as well as a wonderful outdoor space which we were able to enjoy as we were greeted with a day or two of unseasonably warm weather! The location was great and the nearby Red Rocks Park was great for hiking. When we arrived there was a lovely welcome basket of goodies; our hosts were gracious and easy to communicate with. All of the beds and living spaces are very comfortable and the kitchen is so well equipped--we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner there! We especially appreciated having a dining room table to share meals and play games over the holiday. Additionally, there are many extra features such as nightstands, reading lamps, numerous phone chargers, hair dryers, fans, etc...just about anything you would need which makes staying there extra convenient and comfortable. We have rented many VRBOs around the country and this lovely home is one of our favorites! Jim and Laurie Iowa

What makes this property unique

What really sets our home apart is the unique touch of local Colorado artists throughout the space. Hand-painted walls by illustrator/designer Libby in 3 of the rooms and carefully selected artwork and photography make this home truly special. Even the dining room table and bench are custom-made from a salvaged bowling lane from a local bowling alley that shut its doors after 63 years! The 2000+ sq ft backyard is a true oasis with a covered patio and lounge seating, as well as a second patio with a large dining table and chairs for al fresco meals under the umbrella. With plenty of space for activities, you can enjoy Colorado's sunshine, blue skies, and comfortable temperatures all summer long. This was our family home, and we're thrilled to share it with you as we've recently moved to a larger home to accommodate our growing family. Come experience the perfect Colorado vacation at our unique and beautiful home!
