I fell in love with this property the first time I stepped my foot through the door. 3 stories with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's more than enough for a family gathering or gathering of friends.

• On the First floor you’ll be greeted by our First floor suite featuring a Queen size bed, a flat-screen TV, a futon, a fully equipped kitchenette, a closet for clothes storage and linens for the futon, and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Also, access out to the back patio equipped with outdoor seating, dining, and a grill for your outdoor cooking needs.
• On the Second floor, you’ll walk into our open-concept living area with an oversized sectional, a flat-screen TV, a games cabinet with board games and cards, and two balconies with outdoor seating to enjoy the outside air and sea breeze!
• Behind the living area you’ll find a fully equipped Kitchen, appliances such as a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and a crockpot. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the kitchen counter bar seating!
• Down the hallway behind the kitchen, you’ll come across our on-site laundry. Equipped with a washer and dryer, feel free to get your loads of laundry done here! Also has brooms and dustpans in case you need them.
• Across from the on-site laundry is the Second Floor bedroom. When you enter you’ll see a Full sized bed and a bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and Twin sized bed on the top. Also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a closet with extra linens and portable crib, and full sized bath with a shower-tub combo.
• On the Third floor, you’ll walk up the stairs to the Master Bedroom. Fitted with a King sized bed, a Queen sized pull-out couch, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, a walk-in closet for clothes storage and extra linens for the pull-out couch, and a full sized luxury bathroom with a stand-up shower and his-and-hers sinks. Also enjoy balcony access, so you can wake up and enjoy the views of the Gulf Coast or take in the beautiful sunset every night!

• On-Site laundry with Washer/Dryer combo is available for guest use during your stay.
• Beach access #76B is only a two minute walk away from the unit. This beach will be less crowded and more quiet compared to the rest of the beaches.
• Community pool and jacuzzi access, only a few steps away from the unit. (Please note that other guests and residents may use the pool and jacuzzi during your stay).
• Access to backyard patio with outdoor seating and grill for outdoor cooking activities.
• Surplus of beach accessories such as a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, a football and volleyball. Also, feel free to use the 3 bicycles we have on-site!
• A hose at the front entrance to wash your feet and accessories off from sand before you enter the unit.
• Parking is available on-site and can fit up to 3 vehicles under the unit. (Please note that 2 vehicles is most comfortable, and 3 vehicles may be a squeeze. Additional parking in the back of the complex, please contact the host if necessary.)
• For other attractions, you are only a 10 minute drive to Panama City Beach’s famous destinations such as Pier Park, the SkyWheel, ZooWorld, GulfWorld, Shipwreck Island, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! (Please note peak traffic times may affect travel times.)
