Furniture in Living Room is not very comfortable. Need recliners or recliner sofas that feel good to sit in. Mattress in Master Bedroom is too soft. Pillows on Bed in Master Bedroom are poor quality. Provide adequate number and various sizes of trash bags.

We enjoyed the house, it had what we needed. The house was pretty cold when we showed up (a little over 50 degrees), so it took a few hours before it was comfortable, but it was fine after that. Quiet area about 15 minutes from town. Nice views and a relaxing setting for sure.

We'll Be Back

We so enjoyed staying in this cozy home. It had absolutely everything we needed and the kids loved the bunk room. We enjoyed being out of town near the first and listening to the rain with all the windows open..

The place was just as advertised. It was our first time staying in Pagosa Springs but it will not be our last. The house was perfect for our family of 5 1. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough where everything is just a short 5-10min drive. Eric was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Definitely recommend staying here. The house has everything you need. Can’t wait to go back!
