For those with guests there is a waterfront guest house with a kitchen and a 2-piece bathroom.  The large, premium lot with a deck and a balcony overlooking the water offers the perfect place for you and your family to take in the natural surroundings. With easy access to Highway 400 this property is perfect for those coming from Toronto or surrounding areas. For those who love a good day trip this properties close proximity to Six Mile Provincial park with beaches and multiple hiking trials this property is perfect for those who love a good adventure. This property is the perfect family compound offering all the comforts of home while being surrounded by a beautiful landscape!

Spacious kitchen with new appliances perfect for cooking the family dinner. The main floor also offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that have been beautifully decorated. 

KITCHEN Beautiful kitchen fully equip, new countertops, double sink and new appliances. Full dining table adjacent to the kitchen with a walkout to the lakeside deck where you will find a BBQ. 

LIVING ROOM The cozy living room features a seating area situated around a flat screen TV and plenty of windows overlooking the lake. 

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1.5 baths (sleeps 15):
Bedroom 1: Primary, 1 queen bed - Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: 1 double - Sleeps 2
Bedroom 3: two bunks, one twin/single over one twin and the other one twin/single over double - sleeps 5

Whatever you need just ask! We want to make your time at the cottage as relaxing and fun filled as possible

Guest Access:
The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay! Please note the bunkie is not available for use in the winter at which point the occupancy is 15 people.

The Neighborhood:
Six Mile Lake is located in Port Severn within the Township of Georgian Bay and to the east of Hwy 400. Access to Six Mile Lake can be gained via Hwy 400 to Muskoka Roads 34 to the south & 33 to the north. Six Mile Lake Provincial Park is located on the lake's southwestern shore. Average traveling time from the GTA to Six Mile Lake - (Georgian Bay) is 1 hour 38 mins
