Perfect Place

Super easy check-in. Many amenities. Host is very generous with items to make your visit uncomplicated. Property is quiet, private, and clean. If I go back to Naples, I would revisit.

Amazing touches

This was the most thought out property we have rented in 20+ years of renting. Holly has thought of every detail in making your stay comfortable and relaxing. The little touches like snacks & drinks, bicycles and beach towels all go towards a stress free stay. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Perfect spot for us

My wife and I spent 16 days with our Brittany Spaniel. Worked perfect for us. We traveled there in our RV for over week, and set out for another week in RV after. As such, we are totally self- sufficient, BUT this host supplies everything! You’d be perfectly fine just getting off an airplane and walking in the door. I liked the location, quiet, but a Publix only minutes away. House is well laid out, comfortable, and clean

Christmas break

We rented the house with three couples for a week everything was just as listed. House decore was modern and very clean. Everything provided in the house was top notch. Holly was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than check in time. As well as letting us use the garage to park motorcycles in. Pool was clean and warm. We would definitely rent this property again.

Modern Naples getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the tropical paradise of Naples. We found that the property description, photos, and previous reviews were very accurate. The check-in and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The house was spotless, the kitchen came complete with all appliances, accessories, and no clutter. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The private backyard was a mini paradise with ample comfortable seating, pool, barbeque and a protected area to still be able to sit out and enjoy the warmth. The high-speed internet was incredibly fast, the multiple TVs all had a host of channels and Movie packages. We took full advantage of much of what Naples had to offer. A bike ride in the neighbourhood, a couple of hikes in the Crew Bird Rookery Swamp just 15 minutes from the house where we saw alligators, spectacular birds amongst the jungle fauna. We walked the Gordon River Greenway, spent time at Vanderbilt beach, and spent a dreamy day on Keewaydin Island. The property is a great location for going to the above places plus an easy drive to Fort Myers to take in a spring training baseball practice which we also did. Most of our evenings were spent in the backyard relaxing with a drink and swimming in a perfect temperature pool (not too hot and not too cold). We found Holly to be an excellent host answering all our questions quickly and completely.

A respite from hurricane Ian

My husband and I and our dogs needed a place to stay after hurricane Ian damaged our house on Sanibel. It was a great place to stay, very clean and a pretty pool and a yard large enough to play a little ball with our dogs. I highly recommend staying here.
