The spacious lower level apartment is ground entry. This is a no stairs space. The open floor plan has 900 sq ft.
Two queen beds and one sofa bed. Each bedroom is separate. You are close to Asheville. (15 min) Black Mountain (5 minutes), but private enough for a mountain retreat. You are 10 minutes from Montreat and great hiking trails. The guest suite is nestled in the trees with natural light. The kitchenette has a coffee pot, full size fridge, toaster oven, and an electric skillet. (No oven)Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio while listening to the rolling creek. There is no oven. Guest enjoy the convenience to town and the serenity of the private backyard.

Excellent stay!

Sheila has created a wonderful, warm and welcoming oasis in a serene setting within an upscale neighborhood. Her place was spotless, with a cozy heater-fireplace, and she even added homemade sourdough bread as a treat. There is an outside patio just for guests which faces the woods, so it is very private.

Enjoyed this lower level apt in Black Mountain home. Clean, beautiful gardens/neighborhood. Shelia and Bill responsive hosts. I would return!

Great Long Weekend Getaway

Great location, easy access to so many area attractions. Lots of room. Beautiful garden. Quiet and very safe area. Host had delicious fresh bread waiting for us when we arrived. All in all a terrific stay!
