Private: large, beautiful garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km, tennis 2.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
