Giava is a Villa with private swimming pool obtained from the recovery and restoration of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of the early twentieth century.

The Villa with swimming pool, a few steps from a small stream, is immersed in the greenery and silence of centuries-old woods.

The structure and most of the original materials such as bricks and sturdy chestnut beams have been preserved and are today in dialogue with the bright colors and contemporary design of the interiors.

The house is on two levels and has 5 rooms, real suites, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, a patio and a nice equipped kitchen.

Flower beds and evergreen borders surround the structure that opens onto a large lawn where there is a swimming pool and solarium. The Villa has free wi-fi for guests and all the comforts for an exclusive holiday in Tuscany.
