Wake up in the morning with a fantastic view of the harbor basin including the harbor entrance, sweat in the sauna with a view of the entire harbor in the evening, that's vacation! The direct jump into the cold water or a refreshing shower in the adjacent bathroom cools you down.
The living and dining area on the upper floor allows a panoramic view of the water. Whether day or night, there is always a natural spectacle right in front of your eyes: swans swimming past, boats entering and leaving or the illuminated houses at night that line the harbor basin. You will relax on the large corner sofa or you can make yourself comfortable on the adjacent terrace. When the weather is nice, you can relax in the hammock on the roof terrace.
The entire living area is bright and friendly and with its yellow accents lives up to its name "Yellow submarine", as a Beatles fan you will find a few details in the houseboat.
If you want to arrive with your own boat, you can anchor it directly next to the houseboat on the in-house boat berth and set out from there and sail to the Danish border ...
The sandy beach of the resort's own bay is only a few minutes' walk away. The extensive pasture field beach with a large dog beach, the Lobster restaurant etc. is easy and quick to reach on foot, by bike or by car.
The resort has a large Edeka market with an attached restaurant, and a harbor promenade with shops is under construction. The 6 km away Kappeln with numerous shops and restaurants beckons you to stroll and feast.
The construction phase in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz has not yet been completed, so it may be possible that construction work will occur during your stay. For this reason, we have calculated reduced rental prices. Please understand that we cannot accept subsequent complaints.
