Panoramic view - loft-style beachfront apartment - like staying with friends

Like staying with friends! Individual loft-style designed first row beach apartment with unrestricted panoramic ocean view overlooking the whole bay.

The apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator available) is about 81 sqm and offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with rainshower, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a storage room and a large covered and glazed balcony (about 11 sqm) with views over the bay from “pole position” to the sea. From every window you can overlook the beach, palm trees and the natural park Punta de n'Amer.

The bright flat is decorated according to the motto 'vintage industrial meets music' with a lot of natural wood, leather and metal. Both bedrooms offer a 180 x 200 cm double bed (separate spring mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (150 x 200 cm) - so there is space for 5 people.

The apartment also offers books (German, English), DVDs, Games, stereo CD/radio/USB, Astra satellite receiver, LED TV (pivotally mounted on the wall) and free WiFi.

Cala Millor Experience

This was our first trip to Mallorca and we had no idea where to stay. Fortunately, the apartment we chose was just right for us. It's modern and has a great view from all windows. The location is good with easy access to many places. There's stores and good restaurants right downstairs. We'd stay there again!

Nice apartment with great location

Situated on the second floor just 30 m from the ocean the location is great and it also has spacious balcony facing facing beach. The apartment is modern and has all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Everything from checkin to leaving the apartment worked. Christian the owner even texted us and asked if we wanted to checkout a few hours later than agreed which we happily accepted as our flight back was late in the evening.

Perfect vacation 🙏

We really love our stay in the apartment in Cala Millor. The apartment was clean and had everything for our prefect vacation. We love the decor and feel like home. The bed was also comfortable with a beautiful view of sea. We spend hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view every morning and every evening. We also love the location as everything is around. Grocery stores, restaurant and shopping. We also enjoyed the beach just across the street. We did a few trips around the island and always were happy to come back to this beautiful place. Never had an issues with finding the parking spot. Thank you for having and opening your home for us!

Sehr schöner Urlaub! Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Apartment ist super aufgeteilt ( 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Abstellraum, Flur, großes Wohnzimmer mit offener & vollwertiger Küche ), top sauber und zweckmäßig sowie für das Auge attraktiv eingerichtet. Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, joliment décoré, vue direct sur mer très appréciable, calme, facile pour se garer gratuitement, On ne manque de rien pour commencer la semaine. Station balnéaire familiale. Petit bémol qui nous a dérangé : le rideau peu occultant qui laisse rentrer le jour tres tôt/ prévoir masque de sommeil.Il manque un micro onde mais on a survécu! Je recommande vivement !!

Wieder ein Traum

Ich durfte wieder 1 Woche in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Es hat wie immer an nichts gefehlt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das inzwischen nebenan neu eröffnete Hotel hat auch nicht „gestört“. Von abendlicher Animation habe ich auch nichts mitbekommen. Ich komme sehr gerne ganz bald wieder.

Perfekt mit kleinem Makel

Kurz gesagt: die Wohnung ist tipptopp, wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und uns super wohl gefühlt. Der tägliche kurze Weg zum Strand war eine Freude. Einzig allein die zu laute Musik-Animation des Hipotels Flamenco (jeden Abend außer Sonntag) hält uns vom Wiederkommen ab, aber wen das nicht stört = klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ich durfte 1 Woche in diesem traumhaften Apartment verbringen. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht ist unschlagbar. Man ist nach wenigen Schritten in Cala Millor City und bekommt aber trotzdem davon nicht viel mit. Die Wohnung ist, sauber, super ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und alles ist unkompliziert verlaufen. Ich hoffe sehr meine nächste Auszeit wieder dort verbringen zu können.

super schöner aufenthalt!

die ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen, sieht aus wie auf den fotos und ist extrem gut ausgestattet, vor allem was die küche betrifft! klimaanlage funktioniert super. sehr schön ist der balkon vorne zum meer raus. man ist direkt am strand, hat restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Traumhafter Meerblick

Pro: Wir haben noch nie zuvor Ferien in einer so gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Jegliches Strandequiment, Waschmaschine, sämtliche Utensilien für die Küche, wirklich alles war vorhanden. Auch, dass die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum einzeln steuerbar waren, war super. Die Lage und Aussicht von der Wohnung waren auch einfach nur spitze. Egal ob morgens oder abends, wenn die Sonne auf- oder unterging oder tagsüber, wenn das Meer so wunderbar türkisblau leuchtete, der Ausblick war einfach nur ein Traum. Man konnte ALLES zu Fuß erreichen. Ein kleiner Spar war direkt unten drunter und ein weiterer direkt um die Ecke. Dort gab es jeden Tag frische Brötchen und Croissants. Autovermietung, Kettkar- und Fahrradverleih sind schräg gegenüber. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür und die Promenade 4km lang. Contra: Die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig, sodass man die Mieter von obendrüber immer gehört hat. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Jalousien, sodass unsere Tochter und auch wir immer bei Sonnenaufgang wach wurden. Insgesamt war der Schlaf damit wenig erholsam. Frau Mann, die viele Wohnungen in Cala Millor bereut und auch unsere betreute, war immer ansprechbar und hat auf unsere Fragen schnell reagiert. Jedoch war sie nicht sehr freundlich, wirkte sehr gestresst, genervt und lustlos. Wenn man nicht Geräusche und Licht empfindlich ist und nicht viel Wert auf eine schicke Umgebung legt, dann ist diese Wohnung SEHR zu empfehlen!

Schönes Appartment in Cala Millor

Wichtige Punkt die wir gerne VOR der Buchung gewusst hätten: 1. Der Sand Strand von Cala Millor wurde in einem Sturm 2020 zu ca. 90 % weggespült, direkt beim Apartment, kann man nicht mehr ins Wasser vorlauter Felsen, dadurch muss man ca. 15 min den Strand entlanglaufen, um „schön“ ins Wasser laufen zu können. 2. Direkt gegenüber dem Apartment ist eine Größere Hotelanlage, bei der es jeden Abend von 19 bis 23 Uhr 30 Musik Events gibt (gelegentlich auch untertags Aquagymnastik), somit konnten wir keinen Abend den Balkon nutzen, die Musik war zu laut, um sich unterhalten zu können oder das Meeresrauschen zu hören (man fährt extra weit weg vom Ballermann und dann so was…). 3. Cala Millor selbst ist etwas durch Corona heruntergekommen, man sieht das der Ort die Blühte hinter sich hat, top lokale direkt am Stand stehen leer, man sieht das eingebrochen wurde., etc. Des Weiteren hatte der gesamte Strand KEINE einzige Ganzkörper Dusche, es gibt vereinzelt Fußduschen, das war es aber dann auch. Den Sand und das Salz trägt man bis ins Apartment. Anmerkung noch meinerseits, ich fand, dass es für 14 Tage etwas wenig Handtücher waren und auch Wechsel Bettwäsche war keine da (bei 14 Tage und das im Monat August, wäre es angenehm gewesen diese einmal tauschen zu können. Sonst hat uns das Apartment gut gefallen, es gab immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke waren Top. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und nett gemacht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Besonderes Highlight ist der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert und sehr nett! Wir waren gern zu Gast!

Der Ausblick ist ein Träumchen

Es war die schönste Ferienwohnung, die ich außerhalb Deutschlands gebucht habe. Witzige Einrichtung, mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Küchenutensilien, Gewürze, Kinderspielzeug für den Strand, Wärmflasche, DVDs...und viel, viel mehr auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Probleme mit dem Fernseher wurden sofort behoben. Alle Ansprechpartner sprechen deutsch. Der Ort war nicht so mein Ding, aber die Wohnung hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Einziger Nachteil für mich, man hat nur bis mittags Sonne. Kann im Hochsommer ein Vorteil sein.

Sandra and I come from Augsburg, Germany. We have dedicated ourselves to being a promoter for music travels and concerts. Our company is doing business in three European countries and welcomes guests from over 30 countries every year.

In 2011, we visited Mallorca for the first time and we fell in love with the country and the people at first sight. That was the reason, why we also got professionally active on the island just in the following year. In 2012, we did our "1st Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival" in Sa Coma, neighboring Cala Millor, and since then, the festival has been taking place there every year on the first weekend in May.

Also personally and privately, people, climate and landscape have pulled us in their spell – that’s why we spend as much time as possible on the island. To us, Mallorca just means: "High quality of life !!!"

The location is just ideal and incredibly varied: Situated at the southern end of the bay of Cala Millor, you can not only enjoy unique panoramic views from the apartment's balcony, but also from almost every window. 20 meters in front of you extends the white sand beach with its clear water. If you look to the left, you will see, in an agreeable distance, the tourist center of Cala Millor (the pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance). On the right side extends, after about 200 meters, the natural park of Punta de n'Amer with numerous walking trails and gorgeous vegetation.
