Make our home your home! Centrally located between Deep Ellum and Fair Park. Easily walk to the best restaurants, bars, & nightlife off Main, Elm, & Commerce St.

Perfect for any event at Fair Park, Bomb Factory, or Hickory Street Annex. Our rooftop offers amazing views of Downtown Dallas where you can enjoy the sunset and city lights while grilling out.

Our 2,300 sq. ft. 4 story townhouse is fully equipped with everything you need for longer stays! You will find plenty of entertainment within the home such as a pool table, ping pong, foosball, & cornhole.

1st Floor:
1 Queen-size bed, private bathroom, and closet with
hangers and shelves.
2nd Floor: Kitchen, games, living room, 1 half bath. There are 2 couches in the living room.
3rd Floor: 1 primary bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen bed. It features a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Additional bedroom includes Queen/ Twin XL bunk beds
4th Floor: Rooftop terrace with grill, fire pit, seating with table that overlooks Downtown and Fair Park

Took my two young-adult sons to the Texas State Fair and the TX/OU game. The location is great! We walked to the Fair and football game which was a huge convenience. Proximity to great restaurants within walking distance was great, too. It made for a memorable mini-vacation!

Saved our Trip!!

The Homeowner, Morgan saved our trip! Our original reservation was cancelled by that homeowner the night before and we didn't see that until almost to Dallas. VRBO helped us find Morgan's place and we had a blast. The Townhouse was ideally located walking distance from the fair and close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful house and Morgan was available if we had questions.

Perfect Location & Hospitable Host

RECOMMEND - I was here for business with the Fair Park and various areas of Dallas. It was perfectly located. Everything was under 8 miles away. The protection of a garage was great for our rental car. The house is right next to the highway so very easy to get to where you need to be quickly (minus traffic). The host was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in need without attempting to charge us unnecessarily as she did not have a guest the day prior. For me that was huge and shows how honest, caring and hospitable the host is. The space is great for separating from guests and giving space to those that want it. One of us stayed on the bottom floor and the other on the third floor. It was really nice to have that separation.

Excellent Rental

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. The apartment had enough space and had great light coming into the apartment, which I love. It was spotless and the upstairs patio was nice to have as well. Everything went wonderfully and the neighborhood could not have been better. There is so much to do in Deep Ellum; we would go back.
