Imagine walking out your front door and being on the soft sand of one of the most beautiful beaches with the most breathtaking sunsets every night. No fighting traffic and paying for parking when you stay here.

Enjoy your own private end unit one bedroom one bathroom condo on the beach. Watch the sun sink into the gulf from your balcony. You can’t get any closer than this. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway whether it be a honeymoon anniversary or just a trip to the beach for some rest and relaxation. We have the sleeper sectional in the living room which is great for a small kid or two if you have little ones that will be joining you. You are visiting Anna Maria for the beach so you might as well be on the beach and not several blocks away with a few busy streets to cross. Also one of the few rentals on the island that allows stays shorter than a week.

You are beachfront on Anna Maria Island one of the most beautiful powder soft sand beaches in the US. Unobstructed view of the gulf from your balcony or living room. Queen bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper medium plush mattress and memory foam mattress topper in the bedroom. It is a softer mattress. Brand new as of early 2024

Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive.

You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.

Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Coin laundry is on site if needed.

Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room of 50 inches and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The living room tv has a dvd player with a handful of dvds to choose from. Just use the Westinghouse remote to change the input on the tv to use the dvd player.

We also provide beach accessories like an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a bocce ball set. There are white loungers for the building as soon as you get on the beach. Feel free to move them to the spot in the sand you would like. Just return them back to where they go when you are done with them for the day. And if it’s a rare cool time of year in southwest Florida the hot tub on the ground level is a great change of pace.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay right on the beach. Being able to sit on the deck and watch dolphins swim by was fantastic. Quick few steps in the sand to get your toes in the ocean. Beach was not crowded and restaurants in the area were great.

It was very tiny but a great beach front. I have never seen a condo that was fully stocked with food, spices, cleaning supplies. The bad the bed and pillows were very flat, I suggest you bring your pillows. We enjoyed beach and view.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Had we known pillows weren’t to your liking we would have gladly brought new ones but we were never told. Mattress is brand new but it’s one of those things where everyone has a particular preference. We went middle of the road firmness instead of soft or firm thinking that would more likely appeal to people. Thanks for staying but next time you stay somewhere communicate with your hosts and give them a chance to correct what you aren’t happy with.

My husband and I stayed from a Sunday-Thursday morning and it was amazing. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. The one bedroom does sit at the back of the condo so you won’t hear the waves at night, but street noise wasn’t bad. The restaurant next door is being rebuilt,after the hurricanes a couple years ago. So the privacy plants at the balcony are no longer there due to the storms. The unit was so clean. We had extra towels which was great! They even had some extra sunblock- we replaced what we used, so make sure you do as well! The beach umbrella and chairs were so amazing to have. And the hot tub at night was nice after a long sunset beach walk. The Kokonut hut right next door has good food but is a little pricey. Love Always coffee is our favorite! Along with Back Ally coffee on bridge street. We rode horses at sunset and fished in the Bay! It was such a relaxing vacation and the best location to everything you could want to do. Traffic isn’t too bad, until mid day near Bridge Street. So we just walked. You are literally on the beach. It’s exactly what you want!

The property was just as described and in such a beautiful location! The host was very good at communicating before and during our stay. We were able to sit in the hot tub once, but when we tried another evening it was not working. That was not the fault of the condo owners though. And to be honest, it was late enough in the evening that it couldn't have been repaired even if we had called.We had one day where the ocean was completely calm and we saw several dolphin swimming right in front of our condo! That was really special!There really are so many great things to do in this area and great places to eat.We had a great time and loved our stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The location is perfection!! Nothing better than being right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We are originally from Ohio but moved to Florida about 10 years ago. We have been married since 2017. We have one child together, our son in the picture. To us family is everything and we love being able to provide people with a vacation where they will create memories that will last a lifetime. We bought the beach condo in 2021 as it had been a dream of ours for several years to do. We self manage the condo and do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Why they chose this property

Anna Maria Island is paradise. What makes our place great is the location. You are on the beach. Many places on the island are great but you still have to cross a busy street or walk a few blocks to get to the beach. With us you are there. Just unpack and relax.

What makes this property unique

Beachfront can’t be overstated. It is a surreal experience sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the calm water as dolphins play right in front of you. Or in the evening a glass of wine as you watch the most gorgeous sunset you have ever seen as it slowly disappears into the gulf. If you are lucky you may even see the green flash. There is a reason we have so many repeat guests. One visit and you’ll be in love
