The apartment starfish in the Villa Allegra, was completed in Aug. 2014. This exclusive, luxurious and elegant apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Over a generous hall area one reaches the living room of the nearly 100 m² large flat, with open high-quality and modern kitchen -Cerankochfeld, oven, refrigerator, freezer, noiseless dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and much more. A cozy seating area with additional sofa bed (slatted frame and mattress) invites you to relax and unwind. A reclining chair with footstool provides an ideal retreat. Via floor-to-ceiling windows you reach the large main balcony. A modern dining area with white leather swings and generous solid wood table. completes the picture. A 55-inch 3D TV set with a Bose sound system, also with a swiveling wall mount, allows for perfect viewing from any position. A Blue Ray player and a compact stereo system with CD player are of course available. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a box spring bed (200x200) For the highest standards, and of course a TV (40), which can be brought by modern wall bracket in any position. In addition, you can enter from a bedroom a small cozy balcony to possibly evenings in the evening to drink a glass of wine or in the early morning to enjoy the first cup of coffee. A desk gives you the opportunity to do things that can not be postponed, even on vacation.  The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with walk-in showers, sink, integrated hair dryer and toilet, and in the large bathroom with bathtub. The new Villa Allegra in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers you very modern and elegantly furnished two- and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 39 and 110 m².  All apartments have a spacious and bright living room with integrated open kitchen. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be used partly as a sleeping accommodation. The separate, beautifully designed bedrooms / bedrooms have a z. T. Boxspring beds with bedside tables, the windows are provided with blackout pleats and / or blackout curtains. The bathrooms are high quality with marble, modern and very elegant. Each apartment is accessible by lift. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable Fahrradunterstellplatz (limited capacity). Washer and dryer in the house. free wifi, no apartment on the ground floor, sauna in the house. For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of the trip on the weekend. To avoid long waiting times and traffic jams.   On Saturday we try to make the apartments ready for you by 3 pm, if we can not make it, we ask for your understanding.
