Holiday house in Puglia with private pool

Holiday home with 50 m² infinity saltwater pool (usable from May to October) in a secluded location. Consisting of 2 houses. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a living room. The main house is perfectly embedded in the landscape by architects and the second is a completely restored traditional lamia. The country house is situated on a 6,000 m² fenced plot with beautiful panoramic views.

During construction and restoration only high quality materials were used. 150 square meters of living space.

The house is only 7 km from Torre Guaceto, a very beautiful and popular nature reserve. The property is camera monitored. However, these can be switched off on request.
San Vito dei Normanni is a small town in the heart of Puglia. Well-known cities such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Bari, Brindisi, Monopoly, ... are easily accessible from here.

The heart of the protected marine area of Torre Guaceto is a natural paradise with low and sandy shores, surrounded by dunes and sometimes dotted with cliffs.

The numerous public and private bays with fine sand will inspire you. Discover the nature reserve while cycling, diving or sailing in the turquoise blue sea.

Even people with disabilities can enjoy the beautiful nature of Torre Guaceto thanks to the services offered by the private beach of Punta Penna Grossa.

The Aragonese tower, which has been observing the wonderful sea for centuries, is the symbol of the reserve.

Upon departure, the house is expected to be swept clean and the dishes washed.

The electricity consumed will be billed afterwards. Here 0.28 Euro/kw is charged. Depending on how much the air conditioners are used and whether the pool is still in use, the cost is around 80-100 euros/week.
