About this property

Holiday home with 50 m² infinity saltwater pool (usable from May to October) in a secluded location. Consisting of 2 houses. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a living room. The main house is perfectly embedded in the landscape by architects and the second is a completely restored traditional lamia. The country house is situated on a 6,000 m² fenced plot with beautiful panoramic views.

During construction and restoration only high quality materials were used. 150 square meters of living space.

The house is only 7 km from Torre Guaceto, a very beautiful and popular nature reserve. The property is camera monitored. However, these can be switched off on request.
San Vito dei Normanni is a small town in the heart of Puglia. Well-known cities such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Bari, Brindisi, Monopoly, ... are easily accessible from here.

The heart of the protected marine area of Torre Guaceto is a natural paradise with low and sandy shores, surrounded by dunes and sometimes dotted with cliffs.

The numerous public and private bays with fine sand will inspire you. Discover the nature reserve while cycling, diving or sailing in the turquoise blue sea.

Even people with disabilities can enjoy the beautiful nature of Torre Guaceto thanks to the services offered by the private beach of Punta Penna Grossa.

The Aragonese tower, which has been observing the wonderful sea for centuries, is the symbol of the reserve.

Upon departure, the house is expected to be swept clean and the dishes washed.

The electricity consumed will be billed afterwards. Here 0.28 Euro/kw is charged. Depending on how much the air conditioners are used and whether the pool is still in use, the cost is around 80-100 euros/week.

Top vakantie

Schoon, groot, mooi en wat een lieve eigenaresse!!!! Bij aankomst kregen wij een welkomsdrankje met wat lekkers erbij(stond op de keukentafel) , na een rit van 20 uur zeer welkom. De bedden waren opgemaakt en handdoeken lagen schoon klaar. Terras is schitterend met een mooi uitzicht, zwembad top!!!! Lieve monique wat hebben wij genoten en wat een luxe. Je stond ook voor ons klaar wanneer wij vragen hadden. De omgeving is schitterend vooral de witte stad. Liefs miranda, bertram en 2 kinderen.

wij waren de eerste huurders van seizoen 2022; het terras was stoffig (niet geveegd). De vaatwasser deed het niet. Na contact met eigenaar ergens een kraan opengedraaid. Geldt idem voor de wasmachine. Dat we achteraf nog voor energie extra moesten afrekenen was niet met ons gecommuniceerd. Erg slordig dus!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb von San Vito umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir haben uns in den liebevoll eingerichteten beiden Häuschen sehr wohlgefühlt, eines davon ist eine Art Trullo mit Schlafzimmer und Bad. Ein Highlight war natürlich auch der Infinity pool der beheizt war und somit immer wunderbar angenehm und groß genug zum Schwimmen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Strände, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflüge gegeben. Wir erhielten auch immer sofort Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Vor Ort ist ebenfalls eine Verlässliche Kontaktperson die auch für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
