The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great - just a block away from the beach. The house was on a busier street than we expected, but it was ok. The best part was all of the amenities for the beach. The house had everything we needed - a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. It made our stay so enjoyable.

Cute updated bungalow, with just a short walk to the beach for our group of 5. Excellent communication from the host. Since we flew in we were happy to have more than the typical amenities like linens and towels, beach gear, spices, etc. Hosts also provided a cute little welcome tray of snacks. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, it's a wonderful property in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again. Great place to stay if you just want to be beach bums for a few days.The home was incredibly clean, the location is perfect for hitting the beach and not far to downtown dinning and shopping. It made for a great trip.Highly recommend!

Beachside Bungalow is a beautiful property.I loved the location ,within walking distance to beach,close to restaurants and area attractions.We loved the workout space and chairs for sun bathing,a fire pit for roasting s’mores.The unit was very clean ,the kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need to cook a meal .Check in and check out was easy.We would definitely rent this unit again.Pat

This bungalow is a must stay....we have been coming here for years. Great location with downtown Cocoa Beach in walking distance, the beach bikes able us to explore even more including riding across the causeway to Merritt Island and Cocoa. The beach is a block away with easy access. The bungalow is charming and well stocked.

Very cute house, which appears to be renovated and new. House has everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The main bed was very firm, so I slept in another bed which was great. House was a block away from the beach, and a while or so from many stores and restaurants.

Delightful property close to beach

The house was charming and incredibly comfortable. It was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for both grilling outdoors and cooking inside. We truly enjoyed our stay!

So close to the beach, but not too close to town

We liked this stay a lot because the location was quiet (not too close to town, not too far away) and close to the beach. The house has everything you need, plus some beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to help you get out to the sand.

Great Place to Stay!

Best Beach Bungalow

This was a fabulous stay for us. The property was a 2 minute walk to the beach and was exactly as advertised online. It was roomy, clean and looked just like a magazine. The amenities were great including a great fitness room in the detached garage. I will also say that I was super impressed with the owners. I accidentally left my Kindle at the property and they kindly threw it in the mail for me. Much appreciated! I will actively look out for this rental on a return trip to Cocoa Beach and urge anyone to consider this property on your trip.

Beachside Bungalow has a very special place in my heart as I learned to surf on this very beach 13 years ago! Only one block away you will find a quiet dog-friendly beach with solid surf and lots of open sand.

Located in the non-commercialized area of Cocoa Beach, you will be able to walk (or bike) to many local gems including restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and boutiques for the full local experience!

What makes this property unique

Evenings around the fire pit, breakfast on the front porch, a quick workout in your private gym, all within 90 steps of the beach.... what's not to love?

The private fenced backyard also offers multiple seating areas all within earshot of the crashing waves.
