This townhome is located in the vibrant Old Town North neighborhood! Grab a tube and head to the Poudre River White Water Park. If you want to fit in with the locals, it's pronounced poo-der! Walk to New Belgium and Odell Breweries for a beer! You are sure to find a local food truck and yard games, both are kid and dog friendly. Visit Horsetooth Reservoir where you can rent a boat or paddle board. Check out Lory State Park for hiking and mountain biking. Cheer on the Rams at CSU's Canvas Stadium! July 2023 Stay

Kendall was great to communicate & work with. The location was accurate & the condo was clean. We loved that our dog was allowed as well. My only suggestion would be about the windows in both bedrooms. There are some small high windows and in the summer with the sun coming up so early if there was a way to block the light it would be helpful for sleeping in a little bit later. Thanks for a great stay.

North Ft Collins.

Our group was 4 adults and one child in town to visit local family and attend a concert. The Town Home was perfect for us. It was pretty clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and good parking options. We really appreciated the pet friendly policy and even the neighborhood was nice for our pup. There was an empty lot at the end of the block that she made a few friends at. It was a good location for exploring the Poudre, the historic downtown and a nice day trip to the Mishawaka. Good basic setup in the kitchen for meals and time together. Kendall was an attentive host. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and she had it taken care of at our convenience, it was fixed when we got back that evening. We will probably stay there again if she will have us. Thanks Kendall!

Great house, great location!

Wonderful property in the perfect location! It was clean and comfortable minus some dog hair we saw on the couch and the living room rug. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Collins.
