Comfortable 3 BR home with garage and fenced yard, walking distance to Old Town.

Welcome to our lovely NEW home! This dog-friendly home offers a private yard and deck with an attached 2 car garage, making it the perfect place for families, groups of friends, and furry companions.

The home is located right next to the Poudre River, old town, New Belgium and Odell breweries and less than 2 miles to CSU campus. You’ll be in the perfect location to explore all that Fort Collins has to offer or relax in comfort with brand new furnishings in our cozy home and modern design.

The main floor features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa sleeper and a 50” TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with a dining room table and large kitchen island big enough to accommodate a large group!

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a memory foam king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a massive walk in closet. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with a comfortable and private queen bed while the second room has a bunk bed complete with a Queen and Twin mattress.

Outside, our private yard and patio provides some space for your furry friend to relax and light up the grille. The 2 car garage will fit cars and smaller suvs only. There is also a reserved parking spot directly behind the garage for larger vehicles.

This home will accommodate 9 guests with 2 sharing a very comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. If you need more space, please see our other listing “Bright, Beautiful & Dog Friendly Steps 2 Old Town” which is a private 1 bedroom apartment attached to the back of the home which can accommodate three more guests.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome in our home but must be approved. Please check with us before booking. Unapproved pets, excessive barking or aggressive animals are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No Parties or Events - No smoking - Dogs are allowed but must be approved and included on your guest list as there is a pet fee associated. Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.

Easy getaway!

Fantastic place to stay in Fort Collins, CO
This is an excellent place to stay for a family vacation. We stayed here and ventured into the Rockies a few days and went to Frontier Days in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a couple days. The unit is recently renovated. The 2 car garage is nice to have as there isn't much parking space on the street. The garage is big enough to fit a 2020 Ford Expedition Max when parked at an angle. Excellent unit with a great location, would definitely stay here again.
