Eversong’ is ideally located on the charming and iconic Tupelo street, as once seen on ‘The Truman Show.’ This delightful cottage provides its guests with the textbook definition of a peaceful getaway, offering whimsical outdoor spaces and serene feelings. ‘Eversong’ carries the magic into the interior of the home, as it is surrounded by beautiful and tasteful windows that truly bring the great outdoors to you.

You can locate the entry of the home by following the shaded bricked footpath that you’ll spot upon arrival. Step through the front doors to discover a naturally lit and spacious downstairs foyer area, featuring two bedrooms each with their own private bath on the first floor. To the right of the foyer is a king master suite, which can be accessed by walking down its large entry hallway. This suite is naturally well-lit, courtesy of the peaceful, beautiful outdoors, provides ample storage for guests’ use, features a flatscreen TV, and has its own private full bath. (master bath has tub only) If you take a left from the foyer, you can find the second bedroom a bunk room that sleeps four in total. This room is bright, airy, contains two sets of custom built in bunk beds to sleep four and this room has its own private bathroom with a shower only.

Want to see the most unique part of the home? Head up the staircase to be pleasantly greeted by a sunny second story with a combined open floor plan! Upon entrance, you will be faced with a fully equipped renovated kitchen, overlooking gorgeous treetops and mother nature’s artwork from a charming and large window over the sink. The kitchen is right next to a luxurious dining area, featuring a large, wooden table that seats six, a glamorous chandelier, and tall ceilings. This area faces the living room, which is extremely spacious, offering more natural light, numerous windows throughout, a large, white slipcover sofa, several comfortable lounge chairs, a flat screen, and private balcony access through the living room window. Step out onto the second story balcony to take in the serene outdoors. This roomy, outdoor space features lounge seating and an outdoor swing, as well as tranquil views and soothing sounds of nature below.
