Located in Seaside, the Emma Lou sits on a cobblestoned street lined with palm trees that is a 3-minute walk from the white sandy beach! Seaside amenities are included with your stay! You have access to the beach, fitness center, 3 communal pools (the largest pool is 3 houses down from Emma Lou), and 2 parking spots right outside the house.

The purple door, sea green façade, and white wrap-around porch, will greet you upon entry. Downstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms for up to 8 guests. The master features a king bed along with its own bathroom. The next two rooms share a full bathroom. One room has a queen bed, while the other has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four!

Head upstairs to find a living room and kitchen for you and your group to enjoy each others’ company. The second floor has a large TV, comfy sectional couch (that also functions as a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2), a half bath, farmhouse table that seats 10 and a kitchen that comes complete with everything you need for cooking and baking.

When the weather is nice, open the french doors and step outside onto the upper-level porch to enjoy the view and sea breeze. You can eat meals and drink coffee at the outdoor dining and seating areas. On the lower-level porch, you can hang out on the swing sofa with your favorite book.

The Emma Lou is located in the heart of Seaside, just blocks from several shops and eateries. A few places we love and recommend:

* Bud and Alley’s – for delicious seafood and 360 views of the beach and Seaside Square
* Food trucks in the heart of Seaside – for when the group has different cravings
* Marie Leoni Gifts & Jewelry – for unique souvenirs and jewelry

If you need groceries, there’s the gourmet Modica Market (0.4 mile away) or the Publix grocery store (7-minute drive)!

Please be aware it’s not uncommon for the Wi-Fi to be slow and weak at times. This is the nature of the Seaside area.

Great home in Seaside!

The Emma Lou is a great home in Seaside. Larger families/groups may find it a little tight due to the smaller bedrooms and smaller two full baths. There is a half bath on the 2nd floor. However, after acclimating, we were able to make our group of eight comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is only a few minutes from the beach or downtown Seaside and the pool is within walking distance. We highly recommend the EmmaLou!

Spring break ☀️

Beautiful house with private access to the beach. Perfect location…very short walk to the town square, food, pool, a beautiful park and fitness center. Marie was a fabulous host and made sure everything was in place for us. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Property

This house is in a prime location. 2 (short) blocks to the beach and 3 doors from the swimming pool. The house was the perfect size with plenty of outside space for relaxing. We will be staying here again after the Christmas holidays!
