Bowman Cabin at 406 Glacier Cabins

Kintla is a modern tiny cabin at 406 Glacier Cabins, located at the base of Columbia Mountain tucked away off US Hwy 2 and conveniently just minutes from adventure! Your adventures can take you hiking, fishing, lake activities, snowmobiling trails, and so much more! We are now pet friendly, even the local deer and wild turkeys frequently visit. Each cabin is equipped with a guestbook that has favorite hiking paths, pet friendly adventures, local good eats, and more.

You’ll be joined by 4 other modern tiny cabins which all sleep 4-6 people with a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom and a ladder leading to a large loft with vaulted ceilings, two twin beds and seating area. The common area has a smart TV, couch, dining table and kitchenette with a microwave/convection oven combo, dishwasher, mini fridge and freezer. Each cabin has its own free Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs, outdoor seating, a picnic table and charcoal grill. Parking is available just steps from your cabin.

Enjoy the large communal firepit to make some S'mores or hot dogs or just enjoy the warmth and beauty of your surroundings. The laundry cabin located on site has a coin operated washer and dryer with Tide pods and Bounce Sheets provided along with an iron and ironing board. There is also a mini library and extra pots and appliances to choose from.

Along with a Guidebook in each cabin, Samantha, the property manager and one of the owners, is available for recommendations to help plan activities during your stay!

Perfect proximity

Great property and location

406 Glacier cabins worked perfect for our family vacation to glacier national Park. We love the close proximity to the west entrance and also to the town Columbia Falls. The kids love seeing the deer and the turkey on the property. The property manager was on site and very responsive to the needs and requests.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bowman Cabin! The cabin itself was adorable, spotless, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. The location was perfect for exploring Glacier National Park, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our adventure.Our host, Sarah, went above and beyond—she was so warm, welcoming, and helpful with local tips and recommendations that made our trip even more special. We also really appreciated how cozy and comfortable the cabin felt after long days of exploring. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this adorable little cabin during the music festival. We were right off the main road but back in a secluded little area so it was nice and quiet and so relaxing! It is only about a 17 min drive to the music festival in Whitefish. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Location, quality and hospitality

The location was perfect given its proximity to the park and restaurants in Columbia Falls as well as Whitefish. The quality of the cabin was even better than the pictures may suggest and it was super quiet and sound. We thoroughly enjoyed talking and laughing with the property co-owner, Samantha, while we were there. She was so attentive and available when needed. We’ve only been gone 24hrs and have already recommended the property to 2 others.

Perfect tiny cabin

Great property. It’s small but you know that going in. Property manager lives on site and is very attentive to every need. Highly recommend! Very close to GNP.
