This completely renovated Mediterranean apartment is perfect for relaxing in one of the coziest places on the Costa de Azahar. Enjoy the fantastic terrace with sea views, the direct access (100m) to a fantastic sandy and wide beach and the beautiful pool of the small condominium. The cozy apartment has all the necessary appliances and utensils to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment with 45sqm is absolutely quiet in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is easily accessible by car and on foot.
The lively attractive town center can be reached in less than 10 minutes on a beautiful, closed for cars coastal path.
Very good restaurants and numerous shops are also within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

- 1 living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (1.6 x 2m), TV, dining table etc.
- 1 open kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, dishwasher, microwave etc,
- 1 bathroom with large shower and washing machine
- 1 terrace overlooking the sea, palm trees and the swimming pool
The apartment is located in the 2nd Floor of a small condominium (10 apartments) and was completely renovated in June 2019. It therefore has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and new furniture. The cozy, very small condominium has its own swimming pool with children's pool and very well-kept lawn for sunbathing and enjoyment. A narrow private path leads you to the fantastic sandy beach. The sea is ideal for all ages due to the shallow water. A private parking is also at your disposal.
To cool the rooms ceiling fans are installed. For colder days, electric heating is available.
