With off-street parking for 3 cars, Newer guest house . The guesthouse is private has its own entrances and driveway. Private beach use of dock for 23ft boat and all water toys New Webber Gas grill many amenities . Great location walking distance to everything! 10 minutes to Weirs Beach .

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please adhere to 10am checkout time. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher an run. Cleaners are on a tight schedule. If outside grill was used please make sure it is clean. Thank You
And strip beds to mattress pad . Place all at bottom of stairs in breezeway. (Please leave comforters on bed )
Make sure all windows and doors are locked and secured. Turn heat /ac to 68 .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is some smaller firewood down beach . If planning on having larger fires or burning a bunch of wood please grab some

Lake House

The property is very nice and is on the lake. You have a great beach area with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy the great views you also have access to paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes.The owners are great and will help to accommodate anything you may need.

Relax and enjoy!

Nice property, lake area relaxing and quiet. Close to many shops, dining, entertainment. Family environment, host family kind and helpful with making sure everyone enjoys their stay. Nice private beach, fire pit and yard to hang out play corn hole, throw the football or play catch..just a nice location.

Great location with easy access to the lake. We used the paddle boards and had a few evening fires on the beach. Also brought our boat and the Center Harbor launch is very close. Property is well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Mike is a great host and very welcoming. He checked in during the week to make sure everything was okay.

My family and I recently stayed and had a great time. Mike was very accommodating and helpful. The backyard that opened up to a beach was perfect for swimming and yard games. There is also a docking available if you want to bring your boat, which we did! You can see the boat launch from the house, which is nice too! There are a few great restaurants within walking distance and only a quick 10 minute drive or boat ride to downtown Meredith which has plenty more shops and dining, and about 20 minutes to Weirs Beach. Would certainly stay again! Thank you Mike!
