PROS: It's exactly what is pictured. It's a great house in a great neighborhood. It's very conveniently located. We needed access to SUU, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. It was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Pickleball court was fun. Now, the owner did two clever things that should be standard on all VRBOs. 1) all the rules and wifi are listed plainly right at the door on a large and cute sign. Genius. So helpful. 2) the light switches are labeled. I really appreciated this. It's a small touch that makes a big difference. CONS: There were only three bathrooms, which was listed and known, but it is tough for a place with that many beds. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with supplies to cook for a large group. I had to buy a larger pot and a pan. It had the basics, but the pots and pans were enough for a family of 6-8 and this place clearly sleeps a lot more than that. If you are ordering in or eating out the whole time, then this is no worries at all. If you want to cook for your group, bring some of your own cooking utensils. I use VRBOs all the time because it allows me to cook and save a ton of money on food, so this wasn't great for me. I shouldn't have to buy gear. Otherwise, the kitchen is great. We needed some more paper towels and dish soap. I communicated with the owner on a Thusday and he didn't respond back until Monday, two days after we checked out. I had a question before we checked in and got a quick response, so maybe this was a one-off.
We enjoyed 5 glorious days here. Great location just north of Cedar City, and very spacious. The house was super clean and simple. We played hours on the pickleball court. This is our #1 choice when we return to this area.
Beautiful home, convenient to shopping and restaurants in Cedar City. 35 minutes to Brian Head for skiing. Great home for all ages.Very comfortable for a family gathering/vacation. Game room/pickleball were very popular. Awesome garage space. Would stay there again.
Great location easy for day trips to Brian Head, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Clean, spacious property perfect for families with kids. Got to use the pickleball court once before a snowstorm hit. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property for a Southern Utah getaway.
The property was clean, modern, and worked great for our family. The location made it is easy to get to/from the airport and other locations in Cedar City. We would definitely stay here again if/when returning to visit our family. It was only my wife, two year old, and I that stayed at the property, but the house could easily accommodate more.
Pride of ownership showed at this property. My concern with property manager living in basement was unfounded as he was seen only once and was friendly. I highly recommend this property if you need a clean spacious house.
