Just 15 mins away are The Big Easy staples, such as the French Quarter, Frenchmen St., and the Convention Center. These are easily reachable by the St. Charles Ave. Streetcar.
The space
Spacious home in the Freret neighborhood. Perfect as a place to relax while in NOLA for events such as festivals (Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, Voodoo Fest etc..), sporting events (NFL Saints NFL, NBA Pelicans, horse racing), business trips and everything New Orleans has to offer.

In recent years the Freret Corridor has been undergoing an exciting revival, and has now become one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in NOLA. The area now boasts numerous food, coffee, and bar options. A Rouses Market recently opened just down the street so you can also easily pick up drinks, ingredients to make home-cooked meals and other essentials.

The home, located on a quiet residential street, has spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a full kitchen.

Guests have exclusive & full access to all inside areas of the entire home as well as a basement area (with washer & dryer), the backyard and driveway.
