Big open living space with deck and separated bedrooms. Two big bedrooms each with sitting areas. There are two entrances one for summer one for winter. Parking out front. Property requires 2 flights of outdoor stairs. Balcony was very nice for sitting with morning coffee or evening wine. Great view on to Campobello. Master bathroom was tiny. But the bedroom had a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the separate seating areas in each bedroom. Living room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Perfect space for 2 couples. Would happily stay there again.

This is a great property and wonderful location for exploring the area. The bed (king) was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen area. Nice decor. It rained so we couldn’t use the deck but the views are nice and you can walk to the town. Geno was very nice, although we only chatted briefly. He was quick to respond to questions. We would stay here again if we come back. Definitely worth a drive to Campobello while you are here.

This beautiful rental is worth making a trip to Downeast Maine stay in. The description reveals lots of steps - so be aware of that - but they are sturdy and we found them easy to climb. The views are spectacular & we lived in the deck the evening we arrived. The sun rises over a lighthouse on Campobello Island & I watched it from our deck. Outstanding! Our host met us as we arrived and all communication was precise and timely. The apartment has 2 lovely, large bedrooms & the beds are comfortable & the linens very nice. The TV has YouTube TV, so no need to remember your own streaming logins! We would rent again. Exploring Campobello Island proved to be a wonderful experience. In the past we just went to President & Eleanor Roosevelt’s home and then left. The Island is worth the time to explore. Tip: take the time to attend a “Tea With Eleanor” event. The tickets are free & the presentation excellent.

This is our third time staying at the penthouse in Lubec. It seems to get better each year. Very comfortable living quarters, and the view from the deck is mesmerizing. our host had everything we needed and check-in was very easy. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Beautiful remodel. Super clean and good quality towels and sheets. Short walk to the restaurants and town (what there is of them). And only a 5 minute drive to quoddy head park which was spectacular for hiking plus right by the bridge to Campobello island (bring your passport). A great stay. And host was really nice and responsive. Two bedrooms were on opposite end of the unit so nice and private.

Wonderful views of the bridge to Campobello

We had a great visit to Lubec and Geno's place was a perfect place for our stay. Centrally located to the village, it was a convenient walk to all the amenities. Just be prepared to do a lot of stairs!

Easy check-in. Facility was clean and was as it appears in the photos. Great views and close to walk to town. Only enough plates and glasses for 4. 37 steps to get to the door and parking for one car. A perfect place for two couples. Wonderful hiking trails in the area and minutes from Canada. Enjoyed the visit to Campobello island. A quaint little New England town.

Scenic comfort.

We enjoyed a most wonderful week at Geno’s place. Many happy afternoons on the deck watching the tides and the birds! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The walk into town is short. Very convenient to coffee and brewery! A great place to stay.

Great communication with Geno. Perfect location within walking distance to coffee shop and brewery. Very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and great to have the washer and dryer. Beautiful view from deck. Easy access to all hiking trails in Lubec, Cutler, and Campobello Island. Lubec is a special place and i would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect in every way.

This space is lovely; clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, new bathrooms, and lots of space in the common area. The view over to Campobello was gorgeous. Easy walk to dinner and downtown. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here at this beautifully and tastefully renovated old church. Quick walk into Lubec town and comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying Lubec like a native. (sort of!). Great place.

Quaint property and town. Very walkable to most area restaurants and amenities. Played golf across the bridge at Herring Cove, a very pleasant surprise! Geno the owner was very friendly and accommodating.
