This picturesque Victorian home sits high up off Bucknam's Head with 270 degrees of sweeping oceans views and Campobello Island. Just a few minutes walk from historical downtown Eastport, this home is easily accessible to all the local events, whale watching tours, restaurants and art galleries.

With spacious, sun-filled living spaces, the house has three bedrooms with newly furnished California king bed -sized bed , One Queen size bed , one full-sized bed , and an optional bed room with 2 twin beds on the third floor .
There is also an additional third floor room currently used as a Yoga room/quiet reading space with spectacular views !

The house has a large deck and gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher , streaming TV , WiFi, and a fully equipped, competed renovated kitchen as of Spring 2026 ( pictures to follow).

The Upstairs main bathroom has also been enlarged - double the original footprint and is completely being renovated with stand up marble shower, 60'' marble vanity filled with morning and afternoon natural light ( pictures to be update soon) .

Sit on the back deck and take in the spectacular ocean views and essence that drift up from the glistening waters that surround this hidden gem in Eastport Maine.

We had an amazing week staying at the High tide. Michael was very responsive to questions. He even made sure we had a large pot available for a lobster cookout we had planned with other family that were staying in the area.The house is beautiful and well furnished. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Spectacular, stylish and homey!

Our fourth year staying at High Tide. We love the spacious, airy feel the whole house has, the dining table that can seat 12, the solid useful furnishings, and the "seaside cottage" decor in blues, greys and whites. Comfy beds, nice deck with a panaramic view., walkindistance to town

The house is big, clean, comfortable and has a great kitchen. The deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out. We walked into town and enjoyed the small town vibe. We went whale watching which was a great time on the windjammer.

Charming small town, spectacular large house

High Tide was an amazing place for my friends and I to spend some time together. The house was clean, spacious, and charming. It had everything we needed. The views are wonderful, and there were close places to see the change in the tides. We really enjoyed our time at High Tide!

Staying here was like stepping back in time! The area is not only beautiful but is serene, quiet, and so peaceful. Waking up and having coffee on the deck overlooking a family of deer eating apples fallen from the backyard apple tree was a real delight!

Comfort and Space

Beautifully furnished and supplied with top quality linens; this home is spacious and comfortable for 8 people. There are four spaces for gathering: the kitchen, the deck, the dining room (table seats 10), and the living room. Lovely views and convenience to downtown make this a very pleasant vacation home.

When the Navy Comes to Town

Our stay at High Tide was nothing short of phenomenal! When we found out the the Navy would be commissioning our son’s ship in Eastport, I was uneasy about finding accommodations for 5. I came across this beautiful home and was very excited. Mike and Matt made us feel right at home! They were both very responsive and so much fun when we ran into them in town. I also highly recommend the WaCo Diner!

The house was great but I do wonder why the 2nd bedroom on the third floor is not mentioned. It is empty and only needs to be furnished. We had 10 people and 2 of them had to stay elsewhere because we didn't know about the fifth bedroom

Just Exceptional!

Our host was able to accommodate my family in a way I simply would never expect. They literally saved my trip, after the original place I booked over an hour away turned into a nightmare requiring me to forfeit a week's rental and just hope for the best in finding something else last minute. The host at High Tide was a beaming knight in shining armor, responding to my very late night booking request. I thought it was too good to be true until we arrived and it was everything thing the listing said it would be and soo much more! A one-of-a-kind victorian home with modern touches that kept true to its history. The location was amazing, the setting was perfect, and the town was out of a storybook. My family and I loved every moment of being here creating memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back very soon. Thank you Michael for everything! Until next time!

Eastport Tranquility

Old house with tasteful updates in convenient location overlooking Campobello Island. Had an issue with my car while visiting and Michael kindly put me in contact with local garage owner who capably diagnosed the problem and helped put my mind at ease for the return journey. Wonderful stay!
