The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). Take a dreamy vacation by the beach while still enjoying all the comforts of home, including a fitness facility, shared pool, and a full kitchen to cook your favorite meals, all recently updated. This condo offers access to the pool, located just outside your back door. Spend a day lying out on the sundeck or make your way to the beach for that long-awaited relaxation only found while walking on the pristine sand and listening to the tide. Spend evenings out on your private deck with a bottle of wine as you watch the sunset and end the night dozing off to a movie on the flatscreen TV. Just walk out the patio door and enjoy the pool area!

When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).
