Close to everything but in a private residential area. Large 4 bedroom/2 bath on Bijou Golf Course. Walk to the lake. Reach out to me as the home is in the city of South Lake Tahoe and we have a vacation rental ordinance.

Floor plan is modern and open and airy. Home has two wood burning fireplaces, a great room, living room and large kitchen with an island. Each Room is tastefully decorated and the home host a large deck overlooking golf course. Recently remodeled and each bedroom has paddle fans and smart TV. Hiking conveniently out the back gate. Sleeps 8, plenty of parking. A four bedroom two bath home on the meadow. Home is in a city location and they do not do short term vacation rentals.

Rents for 31 days even if you stay a week due to local ordinances. Reach out to me as I may have your date available.

This is an in town location but yet on a meadow so you have the mountain feel without having to drive far for convenience- groceries, shopping and activities. This is a one story home so it works for handicap as well.
