Prime location with a short 2 minute walk to the private community lake featuring picnic area, walking trail, gazebo & beach! Feel free to use the two kayaks at the home or bring your own!

Enjoy taking walks, running or biking? Safe community streets are the perfect place with resting benches throughout the neighborhood. 🚵 🏃🏻‍♀️

We've got you covered! The loft features a daybed {and one of the best views in the house, I might add!} The loft also features a desk should you need to work remotely!

Main living room with Smart TV and gas-log fire place help you feel right at home! Well stocked kitchen with Quartz counter-tops, SS appliances & plenty of available cabinet storage for your needs! Dining table for 4 plus 3 barstools at the breakfast bar.

An early morning sunrise brings deer within close view. On chilly mountain days/nights, warm up with a fire in the fire-pit. Enjoy grilling {propane included} on the porch while taking in the crisp mountain air!

Relax on one of the two covered porches to have a drink, sip your morning coffee & enjoy the wildlife surrounding you!
