Creekside Ranch House is a comfortable 2 story ranch style home that sits on 40 beautiful acres along mud creek in a quiet private neighborhood in North Chico. Only a 5 minute drive to north Chico and about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Chico and Chico State. Whether you are coming to town for an event, work or are looking for an escape, you will love it here....we sure do!

The property was lovely, the pool and hot tub were amazing and we got to meet the dog and the pigs, but we unfortunately never got to see the horse (bring carrots). The house was clean and comfortable, we would stay there again for sure!

An absolute GEM! The home is pristine, the layout is fantastic, the grounds are stunning. Every single positive review on this place is well earned and accurate. Came with my husband, 2 teens, and dog to visit my older kid in town and I would undoubtedly stay here again.

This was such a needed peaceful getaway, the creek, the beautiful trees and landscape and seclusion made it so cathartic. We also loved that it was close to town and a quick commute to everything. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Very kind and responsive hosts, we especially loved the ranch dog, Nala.

Richardson Springs Gem

This is a gem of a property, located in the foothills of Chico, just a few miles from the once famous Richardson Springs Resort. The owners were very friendly, prompt, and forthright. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great family rental

Our family (2 adults, 4 children) loved our stay. It’s a very private setting and the home is immaculate and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the pool and walking around the property. It was very hot in Chico during our stay so we definitely appreciated the AC!

Beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities and wonderful hosts! The home and yard are pristine and the layout offers lots of flexibility for families. Beautiful Country Setting

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it!!! The property is beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. It's a quick drive into Chico for whatever you may need. Owners are very accommodating. This is a great place to stay for families. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool most! Will stay again!

Amazing pool, property, house and A/C!

We love this place! This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as great as last year. We hiked the onsite trail, swam our hearts out, played in the creek & thoroughly enjoyed the house! This home has the best a/c, which is soooo refreshing after a hot summer day of fun. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy. My personal favorite moment was getting up early and sitting in the hot tub, listening to the birds/creek, and enjoying the sun peeking through the oak trees. This place is heavenly!!

Fantastic for families! Beautiful pool, property & house!

We stayed here with our dog and two kids, 8 and 12 years-old. When we arrived, the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, but the house was so refreshingly cool & ready for us. The house has great AC, and is spacious, modern & clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool was wonderful and had lovely shaded places to lounge & eat. The creek behind the house was peaceful to listen to. We all look forward to returning!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel just like home from the moment we unpacked. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every little detail, which made our family visit completely stress-free.The absolute highlight for us was the pool. The summer heat in Chico is no joke, and having that beautiful pool was the perfect, refreshing escape. We spent hours just relaxing and cooling off in the water.It was the ideal home base for our trip.
