This property was perfect for our group of 11. It was my niece’s 21st birthday and it was perfect for all! I definitely would stay here again. Perfect house, perfect location, and wonderful amenities with The Crescent resort next door.

The house was so nice and the location is great, my only complaint is that the kitchen was understocked for a home that sleeps 12. We chose VRBO over a hotel so we wouldnt have to eat out every day, but ended up running to the store daily. One dish towel, one roll of paper towels, no hot pads or oven mitts, the only cooking pots were tiny, no dish drying rack, etc. It is a really nice house, and we enjoyed our stay, just be prepared to bring your own kitchen supplies if you’re doing a lot of cooking!

Very nice property with plenty of space for the 11 of us that stayed!

We loved the easy walk to the pool and beach. The pool area was beautiful and never crowded even in mid July!

Multi family of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and were very comfortable staying in the 4 rooms. We cooked 3 dinners here- great pots, pans, utensils (can opener was broken as well as toaster just toasted on one side). Some furniture was worn- couches and one of the posts on the four poster bed was broken, but looked like brand new carpet in the upper floor. We loved sitting out on the balconies before breakfast and after dinner. We had easy check in with the condo association to get wristbands for access to the pool and beach. There are some beach toys like buckets, shovels, chair, umbrella and boogie boards to use. We ended up not renting a car and were able to walk 1.5 mile radius to shops and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Destin.

Had a great time!

There were 10 of us and the house was beautiful, especially the 2nd floor, where everybody got together. Plenty of space and the pool/ocean were just steps away.

Review of Our Three-Night StayWe stayed at this Airbnb for three nights with a group of 10 people. While we appreciated the opportunity to stay at the property, there were several issues that affected our overall experience and could be improved for future guests.Kitchen & SuppliesThe water filter appeared to need replacement, as the indicator was red and showed that it needed attention.Only one garbage bag was provided for a three-night stay for 10 guests, which was not sufficient.There were no extra towels available. Each guest was provided only one towel for the entire stay.Some utensils and kitchen items were not clean when we arrived.The grinder was very old and had a plastic jar that appeared worn.The juicer was not working.The dishwasher appears to need servicing. The compartment for the dishwasher detergent tablet could not be properly closed, making it difficult to use.BathroomsNo bathroom mats were provided. This made the bathroom floors inconvenient and potentially slippery after showers.No shampoo or body wash was provided as a basic bathroom amenity.Electrical & FurnitureSeveral electrical outlets throughout the house were not working.Some of the furniture was worn out and showed signs of rust.The sofa on the main level was noticeably old and worn and could use replacement or refurbishment.Beach Access & Property DescriptionThe listing was somewhat misleading regarding the property being “on the beach.” The house is not directly on the
