Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the AC down or off in the heat down to 60
Please be sure all windows and doors are closed and locked
And please, if you have any suggestions of anything we need to add or update or any other issues please let us know through the platform messaging
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra pets can be an option after talking to the host-we love Dogs and want our family with us when we travel too, so don’t hesitate to ask-
Please change tin foil on Grill drip pan and small-if the propane runs out, feel free to run down to Belmont and exchange the tank.

We love dogs—they’re family to us, and we know how hard it is to leave them behind. That’s why our home is dog-friendly!

This is my childhood home, nestled in a convenient location just 15 minutes from Concord, Laconia, Gilford, and Tilton, and only a few miles from the Loudon NASCAR Race Track. (During the holiday season, you can even enjoy dazzling Christmas lights as you drive through the track!)

Nature lovers will appreciate the wildlife that often passes through—whether strolling across the front yard, dashing through the driveway, or calling from the woods. This is their home too.

For your furry friends, we have a spacious, 6-foot fenced-in backyard, complete with green turf to keep their paws clean. While they play, you can unwind in the 7-person hot tub within the fenced area.
There is a grill, please inform host if tank is empty to ssure it is ready for the next guests.

End your evenings gathered around the large fire pit, perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends—wood included!
