About this property

Semi- rustic on a quiet lake. Beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. Close to heritage bike trails, snowmobile trails, close to gas and convenience store( only 5 miles away) quaint little restaurant in republic mi( only 1 mile away) . Fishing with row boat. Firepit , prpane gas grill provided and nice sauna with screened porch. owner is right next door. Has toilet but no shower. Running cold water but would have to heat water on stove for hot water.Wood stove and propane heat.Perfect setting if you are an outdoorsman.It is an open space with 1 double bed, 1 bunkbed with single on top

A great “Grandma” getaway

The quiet rustic cabin was amazing . Slept 6 very comfortable. The sauna and cabin was stocked with everything imaginable and more. Directions and listing was right on. Great area for my grandchildren to just enjoy the outdoors and cabin experience. Would highly recommend the cabin !

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I rented this for an extended weekend getaway for our anniversary. The area is beautiful, the cabin is very comfortable and well stocked. Even though the weather was cool and rainy, it was October after all, the cabin was cozy, and the sauna was heavenly. The area is quiet and private, yet located close enough to pop to the top part of the UP to do some sightseeing and walk through Marquette. Highly recommend. The hosts are extremely helpful and very friendly. I’m looking forward to doing this again next year.

Relaxing getaway

We had such an amazing time. Our first time renting a VRBO; Barb and Scott were such gracious hosts. Everything thought of and taken care of down to the littlest detail. Our dog had plenty of space to enjoy. Lake, wood stove, sauna. What more could we ask for. Peaceful, rejuvenating, and hoping to come back soon! LGBTQ friendly property

Amazing time!

The property is exactly as listed,and we thoroughly enjoyed all it has to offer, we were actually really surprised that we had service most of the time we were there as well. The only thing that is missing from this property is a shower, but besides that it is a perfect getaway!

Great place to relax

This property is great if you are trying to get away and relax! Everything was as described and Barb and Scott were excellent hosts. The property is a great location for getting around to sight see and the spa is a great way to end your day! We definitely would rebook!
