Very nice and comfortable 130 sqm apartment in a quiet location close to the city center

Large and comfortable apartment (130sqm) in a quiet cul-de-sac location near the city.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 1.80m wide double beds.
In the very spacious living room with an upstream conservatory and balcony, 1 or 2 people could sleep again on the couch converted into a bed. In the living room you will find a large 55 "flat screen TV with cable TV and a cozy fireplace for colder evenings.
Between the living room and kitchen is the separate dining area with a large, solid wooden table with space for up to 8 people.
The kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and very extensive equipment leaves almost nothing to be desired.
A large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and a smaller guest toilet round off the comfort of this holiday apartment perfectly.

Etwas alter aber sehr sauber

Es war ein schöner Urlaub . Die Wohnung war sauber alles war sauber und gepflegt . Der Weg zum Strand dauert 20 Minuten . Der Rückweg geht bergauf das sollte man berücksichtigen . Einlaufsmöhlichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben unser Auto im Urlaub eigentlich nicht gebraucht . Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefüllt, Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Nette Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und eine nette Verabschiedung. Rundum zufrieden!!!!!!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Dies ist eine schöne und große Ferienwohnung. Optimal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder konnten wir auf der Veranda im Garten sicher abstellen. Zum flach abfallenden Strand benötigt man wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, Parkplätze sind vorhanden (4 Euro ein Tagesticket). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Toll ist auch der gemietete Strandkorb. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns haben jedoch Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer, im Esszimmer, Küche und an der Balkontür gefehlt. Auch wäre eine zusätzliche Hakenleiste an der Badezimmertür gut gewesen, da wir als Familie angereist sind und viele Handtücher in Gebrauch hatten. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung toll ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und würde wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist zwar nicht vor Ort, aber ist gut zu erreichen.

Große tolle Wohnung mit guter Lage

Viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene Schöne Terasse Küche mit allem ausgestattet Grosses Badezimmer, Gäste Toilette Toller Kamin Toll, dass es Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus gibt Lage hervorragend, fußläufig 2 Supermärkte, Bäckerei und Imbiss Bis zum Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten, zur Strandpromenade ca. 20 Minuten Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter ( hat alles genau erklärt und beschrieben) Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen

Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Sehr geräumige, vollständig und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung. Sauber ubd akkurat bei unserer Ankunft hergerichtet und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Eigener Pkw-Parkplatz genau vor dem Haus. Etwa 20-30 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand, was für kleinere Kinder etwas mühselig und anstrengend war. Es steht zwar ein Bollerwagen bereit, der am Strand allerdings nur recht schwer im tiefen Sand zu bewegen ist. Wir hatten herrliches Sommerwetter und hätten deshalb abends auch gerne den Balkon genutzt, jedoch war die Tür vom Wintergarten dorthin defekt und konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes leider auch nicht instand gesetzt werden. Insgesamt entsprach die Ferienwohnung, trotz der o.a. kleinen Nachteile, recht gut unserer Vorstellung und wir hatten dort eine angenehme Urlaubszeit. Die Wohnung können wir deshalb gerne weiter empfehlen.

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und wie in den anderen Rezessionen beschrieben, auch sehr gut ausgestattet (v.a. die Küche). Zur Promenade ist es ein Stück, aber das war für uns kein Nachteil. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, es ist ausnahmslos alles vorhanden vom Fön bis zum Waffeleisen! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, dank Balkon und Wintergarten bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Lage ist ok, ein Fahrrad empfiehlt sich aber. Absolutes Highlight ist der Strandkorb, der im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist.

Geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, Austattung der Küche nahzu perfekt. Es gibt alles was man sich wünschen kann... Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, usw... Highlight, war der Strandkorb, den man am Strand benutzen konnte. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5min dort zu Fuss dauerts etwas länger. Stadtzentrum ist gleich um die Ecke.
