Redwoods in 30 minutes. Generous ocean views, 1500SF living space, gourmet kitchen with every tool you need & comfy living room with a new TV. Fully fenced backyard, private off street parking & free EV charging for guests! Well-behaved, house-trained dogs welcome at $35 per pet per stay (limit of 2). Our guests have the entire townhome to themselves. Private entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, 2nd level ocean view deck, laundry room, and private fenced backyard. We fully respect your desire to enjoy your vacation in private and we will not be interacting with you in person, however we are readily available and close by should you have any requirements, requests or needs, (or you would just like to meet us). It is our main focus that you thoroughly enjoy your stay and we thank you for choosing our townhome for your vacation! ~ Michael and Jill Coastal neighborhood, walkable to Harris Beach Easy 15 minute walk to Harris Beach - you'll walk along the highway for a short distance before reaching the walking trail that leads to the beaches and state park. Or take a short drive to the many local beaches, downtown or the Port of Brookings. You'll have one dedicated parking space in addition to 3 guest spaces. And there's room if you are traveling with your boat or small RV.

Such a Beautiful place!

Great communication throughout the process with the property owner. They were very responsive and pleasant. The property is ideal for multiple parties with a variety of rooms, and just amazing updates that were done. Also, views of the ocean. I will certainly stay here again if we go to Brookings again.

Seaside winter wonderland

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home and look forward to staying there again. Updated, beachy, modern, cozy, well-appointed, doggy friendly….loved sipping my morning coffee on the front porch while watching the ocean. It was also nice with the split level accommodations for privacy. The seasonal decor was cute too. And the proximity to nearby beaches and shops was convenient.

This is a beautiful unit that is just as it is depicted on the website. The beds are very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Centrally located. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Definitely family friendly!

We came in town for a wedding from Texas and wanted to be together with our kids and grandchildren! The home was perfect and so many extras that we were able to save money by returning a pack n play that we bought at the Walmart in Medford! Mike and Jill ate super hosts and really go the extra mile in anticipating what guests will need for their stay. Definitely recommend for couples and families!

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is decorated beautifully. The beds super comfortable. So many special touches that made the stay easier and allowed us to relax. The home was immaculate - no exaggeration! Great location to visit the Redwoods and enjoy the Oregon coast. I locked us out (100% my fault) and Jill was there within minutes to help us out. Truly one of the nicest (if not the nicest) place we’ve stayed!

Great place to stay. Was wishing for more of view. It’s close to beaches which is awesome!! A plus!!! The owners were quiet and let my friend and I relax. The vacation was really for my 78yrold friend. But she fell and couldn’t make it. My other friend and I loved the amenities and how it was stocked . Will return if it’s ok with the owner! Worth every penny!!

Perfect Townhouse!

I traveled for work with me and my dog and I felt super safe. This townhouse is so comfortable, they’ve literally thought of everything. It has a perfect beachy vibe and a big open living area. You can see the ocean while sitting at the table. The townhouse is right on the 101 so the traffic can be loud at times but they even have sound machines in the bedrooms. I slept like a baby and so did my dog. We will definitely be back as long as they will have us. :)

A week of rest and play

It was amazing. The location of the cottage is very convenient. It took me no time in the morning to get out and enjoy the hiking and birdwatching that I enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed . The master bedroom was amazing and very comfortable. After many hours of hiking, it was really nice to sit in the open and extremely comfortable living area and enjoy some time to relax We have two dogs. It was really nice to have a small area in the back I can take them out before going to bed. This was very convenient I would return for another week of rest.

My family and I were excited to stay there for a long awaited long weekend mini-vacation but my 3 yo child came down with a medical emergency that required a visit to ER. We were not able to go. The reservation cost me $451.51 and there was no refund or empathy for our medical emergency. Your system does not have any way to use good judgement in cases like this. This is not a good way to conduct business. So now I'm just wondering how my $451.51 was spent.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. Jill was easy to communicate with and she helped make the home safe and comfy for us! There was even Christmas decor out! The only reason I gave location 4 stars is because the 101 can get noisy but it was a safe location with a view! We were blown away by how well stocked the house was as well. Any kitchen tool you could need including kids plates cups utensils which was so great. Bathrooms are stocked, more pillows then you could ever need in the bedrooms and blankets! Board games, books, puzzles, they really have thought of it all! We had a great stay and would definitely go back!

Living on the Southern Oregon Coast has been a dream come true for us! We left the hustle and bustle of Reno, NV 8 years ago and never looked back. Jill was born and raised in the Reno/Sparks area and Michael's roots are in Southern California. Once we "empty-nested" from raising our two beautiful daughters, it was time we embarked on a new adventure. This excursion entailed moving to the Oregon Coast and opening our own real estate brokerage, South Coast Real Estate. We've been blessed beyond all expectations both with the business venture and now hosting on Airbnb. Our townhome is conveniently located just a few minute walk to Harris Beach State Park to the north and a few minute to downtown to the south. It's the perfect location as it is situated so close to so many wonderful areas and amenities!
