VILLA IM BONGERT is a beautiful (family) house with plenty of space inside and outside and fully equipped. The villa is located at the gateway to the Eifel National Park and within walking distance of the centre of Hellenthal.

Due to its size and dimensions, Villa Im Bongert is particularly suitable for a large family, a holiday with 3 generations, 3 couples, friends who want to enjoy all the activities and nature in the Eifel together, etc.

The house has a large living room with wood-burning stove, a large dining area and a modern spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has two spacious bedrooms with a double bed (both with 2 single mattresses) and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hanging toilet and a double washbasin. On the ground floor, next to the spacious entrance hall, there is a large lounge with two large armchairs, a sofa and a door to the garden, which invites you to relax. There is a large garden around the villa, which extends over three floors. Next to the living level is a garden with a dining table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, wood-burning oven and a trampoline for the children. One floor below is a garden with a picnic table and a nice spot for the hammock. Downstairs there is another garden for the children with a playground with slide and swing.

There is free WiFi, Smart TV (incl Chromecast so you can watch everything you are used to from home by streaming from your phone/tablet or logging into the apps of Netflix etc) and cable TV channels available. There is free parking (also in a garage).

When you rent Villa Im Bongert, there are no other guests present and you have plenty of space and privacy both inside and outside. All rooms in the photos and as described above are available to relax and enjoy with the whole family or friends.

Possibility to book an extra bathroom with toilet + spacious bedroom with a double bed (with 2 single mattresses) in the basement (please contact us for this).

So standard 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom (as described above) and expandable with 1 extra bedroom + bathroom (see photos).

For your own comfort, we have set the standard occupancy to 6 people per stay. If you use the option to rent the extra bedroom + bathroom in the basement, the maximum number is set at 8 people (max. 6 adults + 2 children) per stay.

Villa Im Bongert is located in Hellenthal, within walking distance and less than 500 metres from the centre. There are several restaurants and supermarkets/shops, including a new large Aldi just 300 metres away.

In spring, thousands of wild daffodils bloom in Hollerath. In winter you can enjoy the Weisser Stein winter sports area in Udenbreth. You can hike and cycle directly from the house. The Olefthalsperre dam is 500 metres away. A 13.5 km long hiking and cycling trail leads around this beautiful reservoir, which stretches all the way to the Belgian border. There are several hiking and cycling trails in the Hellenthal municipal area. The wildlife reserve, which is almost on our doorstep, offers a beautiful setting with the famous bird of prey/owl show, many other animals and a playground.

There is a lot to discover and do in the area. A visit to Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Koblenz, Trier and Maastricht is highly recommended. All cities can be reached within an hour to just over an hour by car. Or visit the wine regions in the Ahr Valley or on the Moselle. Further tips: Monschau, Blankenheim and Bad Münstereifel (beautiful half-timbered towns), Nürburgring, Phantasialand, Rursee, Kronenburger See, Kyllradweg and Vennbahn.

Villa Holgenbach is a wonderful accommodation and consists of two flats that can be rented separately, but also together. This makes the villa particularly suitable for a large family, holidays with 3 generations, 2 families, etc. Due to the two separate flats you can enjoy your time together, but there is also the possibility for privacy.
