The house is situated in a very quiet area with views over the fields, at the Santanyí town border.



The house is built in the typical Santanyí style, but the interior is very modern.



The ground floor is divided into a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, equipped with shower and bath, a spacious kitchen-dining area with large table for up to 10 people and a central cooking island with space for 5 people, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a second double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.



Both the kitchen-dining area and the master bedroom have access to the backyard with 7,25m x 3,25m large pool with jacuzzi area, barbecue and outdoor shower. In addition, there are 2 large electric awnings, which provide pleasant shade and cover the large outdoor table. For sunbathing there are 6 sun loungers available.



Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. One with a balcony and bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One has a balcony and the other one direct access to the large terrace.



There is also a spacious living area on the upper floor, also with direct access to the large terrace with beautiful view over the fields. On this terrace there is a table and chairs for 4 people as well as two sun loungers.



The house is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, two TVs with satellite connection, fast Internet access and Wifi throughout the house.



Just a 5-minute walk away is the Market Square and a variety of restaurants and shops. In Santanyí you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island.

The prices are for up to 8 people. Each additional guest costs 80 € extra per day.
