private estate in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood with a complementary large Jaccuzzi! Home is extra spacious, clean, fun and comfortable home is ready to make you getaway memorable. Sitting on 1/2 an acre, our 3000sft home is ideal for large families and friends getaway Our home offers a lage back yard, private and complementary Large Jaccuzzi , paved patio , kayak, bbq grill, large pool table, xbox 360. Our home is 10 min to Weeki Wachee springs, 45 min to Tampa and 10-20 min to the near by beaches.
We were sure to make this home spacious, light and airy so our guests will feel at home and also comfortable while visiting.

Clean and spacious. There is an RV on the property with people staying in it. Everything was fine and it suited our needs except for the fact that the power kept going out and someone had to come and reset the breaker.

Spring Hill VRBO

pool needed cleaning, Light bulbs missing in lots of light fixtures. Base boards in bathrooms dirty. Lack of silverware-we had to buy plastic ware. Only some towels, not enough for our party, kitchen poorly stocked

Hello, Thanks for the review but pool is an open outdoor pool and we send the pool company to do an additional cleaning asap and you declined it but we still went ahead and have them stop by and clean it. You never ask for any additional cooking or silver or anything we can help you with as customer service is very important to us. House definitely comes fully stocked with basic cooking wear as stated in the description and if you feel like you needed additional for a larger group or for more than allowed for your stay I always advise to make your allotment for it. It is imperative to reach out to host when you need additional help and we will gladly assist. Hope this help if during your next stay anywhere else

Spring Hill

The house was nice, the location was fine. A few small details were overlooked. The only soap in the bathrooms was leftover men’s body wash. We were given only one towel and washcloth per person. The washing machine didn’t rinse or spin. There was no dish towel to dry the dishes and the pods for the dishwasher were all melted together. A bit disappointing for the price.
