Bring the family & friends to this beautiful 2-story townhome in Hot Springs Village just a short walk to Lake Desoto & Waypoint Marina where you can rent pontoon boats, kayaks, etc.. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood with a common area gazebo with a view of the lake . You'll have all that you need to enjoy your stay & the Wi-Fi is great in case you need to work a little while you're here. Just 2 miles inside of the West gate and close to Golf, Tennis, Fishing, & Pickleball.

In our area, they offer golf, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, fishing, boat marina, hiking trails and paths along the lake. A 24 hour Walmart is less than 10 minutes from the property and gas stations are less than a mile away.
Looking for activities? Within 30 minutes are: Maxwell Blade Magic Show, Garvin Gardens, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, Magic Springs Amusement, Coleman's mineral mining and zip line, Hot Springs famous Bath Houses and shops plus other fun things. The Village offers 7 lakes with some having beach, swimming areas, picnic tables and BBQs. Coronado fitness center and pool are available to guests on a daily rental basis. Visiting on a Sunday?
