This 5 bedroom, 2 bath family friendly home is only a few houses to wood steps that lead down to Great Pond. This cheery home has been completely re-done on the inside, making it a perfect get-away for your summer vacation. New hardwood floors, a fully supplied kitchen, new beds, and a large dining room and family room for gatherings! Some of the amenities for this home include a heated outdoor shower, gas grill, electric stove, window a/c units, WIFI, and a Roku powered TV, and more. This home is equipped with some beach equipment, including chairs, toys, umbrellas. and a cooler. There is also a wagon available to assist in transporting items to the beach. There is not much this home doesn't have to offer you and your family!

Only a half mile to Bristol Beach and one mile to Falmouth Heights! Bring the kids and consider renting small water crafts to bring down to the stunning salt water pond just steps away. Main Street Falmouth is always alive from the day into the night for everyone to enjoy or hop onto and Island Queen Ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard!
