1- Number of guests and visitors. Only people registered in the reservation are allowed. If you want to add another guest with prior notice, you will be charged an additional ($) extra per night.

2- Zero tolerance for illegal activities. Illegal activities are prohibited within the property and anywhere on the premises. Any guest found to be in violation may be asked to leave the premises immediately, forgetting any payment and/or deposit. noises.

3- Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am. You can listen to music at a moderate volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Talk quietly in shared spaces like stairs, parking lots, etc.

4- Smoke. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Animals. We do not accept animals of any kind inside the property. Use of the property. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property.

5- Security & Energy. Close doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Please turn off air conditioners and lights. Let's help the environment.

6- Furniture. In the event that any furniture, accessory or appliance is broken, damaged or stained please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for its replacement/repair. If it is due to misuse during your stay, you will be charged to repair it.

First time in Punta Cana/Barvero

This apartment was a great find. Close to good restaurants, easy walking distance to the beach, and an easy drive in and out of the city.

Value wise it we get you as close to the beach as posible for a small budget. Also the apartment is very comfy and will have all your basics cover. The complex pool is gorgeous and you will enjoy it, after a day trip to the beach. Located in a very safe area close to restaurants and bars to enjoy the night life.
