Catch all the big sporting events or your favorite movie on the flat screen 50” Samsung Smart HD TV in the living area or the 40” Smart HD TV in the bedroom. Located at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, our Villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Island (6 mile marker, island is 12 miles long) and overlooks the Resort's over-sized Olympic OCEANFRONT POOL, TIKI BAR, OCEAN and BEACH, all just steps away! Free day time TENNIS/PICKLE BALL is available at the Resort's 6 lighted-tennis courts and 12 lighted PICKLE ball courts, plus there is a free EXERCISE FACILITY for guests to enjoy. There is a very nice SPORTS BAR ON-SITE, a great place to grab wings, pizza (pizza is the best pizza we have found on the island and they deliver to your villa) a sandwich or a full dinner and watch a game on any one of the sixteen 32” HD TVs or two 100” HD projection screens. And obviously there is Championship GOLF available at any one of the twelve public courses on the Island and that many or more within a few miles just off the Island! Excellent rental for a getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a lovely Hilton Head visit. The HHBT resort is a great location, and Rick and Nanc have their unit perfectly outfitted. The decor is modern but still beachy — very comfortable — and the addition of a fireplace adds just the right touch to complement the beautiful ocean view.
