BOAT SLIP INCLUDED! East Corner Penthouse with AMAZING VIEWS! This 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom condo has over 3,000 square foot of luxury. Top floor unit at the Beautiful Bella Luna which has a gourmet kitchen with kitchen aid stainless steel appliances, separate wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, frosted glass bar. Two primary bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, One of the primary has a "his and hers" toilet room. Hers has a separate bidet, and His has a urinal. Both primary bedrooms have a separate walk in shower with rain shower, and jetted tub. Plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying a sunrise or sunset. The Bella Luna amenities include 3 outdoor pools and a hot tub, 1 indoor pool, indoor hot tub, State of the Art fitness center with sauna and steam room. Private deeded beach access. Even though you are across the street from the beach, your breathtaking views of the the Gulf make this unit feel like a beach front condo. You are walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama and restaurants. This condo will not disappoint. Are you looking for a high end luxury condo? Look no further! Bella Luna is a gated Complex and your gate code will be provided in your check in instructions. Upon Arrival Guests must check in and register with the front desk and purchase parking passes. Passes are $50 each / Max 2 Vehicles. You have 2 assigned parking spot in the below garage. Guest will have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools and outdoor hot tub, marina for fishing, fitness center, which includes a sauna and steam room. (Guests do not have access to owner lounge and theatre)

*Renters must be at least 25 years of age. They must sign in at front desk and Id Must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
*A Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.

*Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

The Best Property Mangement company in Orange Beach Aera.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property but a few minuses. There was not enough seating in the living area for eight people and only a sofa and one chair on the huge balcony, limiting time to enjoy the outside views. No instructions or menus for the televisions, microwave or oven.

Gorgeous Penthouse

We were extremely happy with this VBRO. It was large and spacious, and the property itself is top-notch. The photos are accurate. The parking lot is gated and well-lit. We enjoyed our time there! Will likely rent again.
