Cozy & Spacious 2-Bedroom Cottage Near Withlacoochee State Forest

This house was built in 1948 but remodeled in 2022. This property spans two lots, offering plenty of space both inside and out. Please note, the home operates on well water and uses a septic system. To help preserve the longevity of the septic tank, we kindly ask that you avoid flushing inappropriate items down the drain. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Absolutely no pets allowed. No exceptions
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Relax in a Queen-sized bed.
Second Bedroom: A cozy space with 2 twin size beds, perfect for kids or additional guests, with easy access to a full bathroom just down the hall.
Additional Sleeping Arrangements:
With prior notice, you’re welcome to bring a cot or inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space. It can be set up in the spacious living room area. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
Living Spaces:
The large, inviting living room offers plenty of space—perfect for family gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure.
The dining room, just off the kitchen, is a great space for meals and conversation.
You'll also enjoy the large kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and a variety of counter appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.
Step outside, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, whether you're sipping coffee or soaking up the sun.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway also boat parking is available. (No street parking allowed)
