Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Take all trash to dumpster (back of condos) (Far east) of the condo. No Trash left behind or a $100 fee will be added. 2. Load / Start dishwasher or put away clean dishes
3. Place all dirty sheets & towels on the floor in front of washer 4. Check both rooms, both showers & common areas for personal belongings.
Turn the AC up to 80 during the summer and down to 60 in the winter. Turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cozy Condo TTU Grad 👨‍🎓 Trip

I highly recommend this perfectly cute condo for your trip to Lubbock/Texas Tech. Despite the complex's appearance, don't be discouraged; our unit was very nice, clean, and cutely decorated.

The owner made us get insurance and then turned in a bogus claim saying that there was extra cleaning to do and had to clean pet urine up. I am a disabled Marine with a service dog who would NEVER Go in the house. My service animal is smarter than this guy. We rented for a week and only stayed one night because the thermostat was locked and would not go below 80 and it was impossible to sleep so we left and got a hotel. This guy is an insurance scammer and I will be contacting the insurance company where he filed the claim.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable stay, and we'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. At no point during your reservation did you contact us regarding the thermostat or report that the temperature was uncomfortable. Had we been notified, we would have worked immediately to troubleshoot the issue. Our records indicate there was likely an internet interruption that affected the smart thermostat, which is something we could have addressed had we been given the opportunity. Our exterior security camera also showed guests coming and going throughout the reservation period, which does not align with the statement that the property was only occupied for one night. Additionally, no service animal or pet was disclosed before or during the stay. While service animals are, of course, welcome in accordance with applicable laws, guests are still responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. After checkout, our cleaning team documented conditions that required additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover process, and a claim was submitted through the booking platform in accordance with its procedures. The platform and its protection provider determine the outcome of any claim based on the evidence submitted. We wish you the best and appreciate the opportunity to host you.

•The master bathroom has a separate vanity dressing area with plenty of room for dressing and a large walk in closet to store your belongings & clothes.
•The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
•The kitchen offers a stainless steel fridge/freezer to keep all your groceries fresh.
•The kichen offers an electric range & microwave which are great for cooking along with keurig, toaster, pots and pans, & utensils.
•Stackable full size washer & dryer for laundry needs.
•Open concept living room, dining area & kitchen.
•Living room has a comfy sitting area to relax & enjoy.
•There is a desk area in the living room for a space to work on work or school items.
•Patio doors lead out to a balcony over looking the pool area for a nice view.
•Guest room is secluded in it's own hallwall along with the guest bath, has a large closet & two dressers.

All space inside the condo are accessible besides the front coat closet. This closet is locked to store our extra supplies & cleaning supplies needed inbetween guests.

•Park is across the street with a walk/run path.
•Park also includes a play ground area, lake & sometimes ducks
•A gym is across the street with a separate paid membership if you want to join.
•A covered parking spot is included & extra uncovered parking spots are available.
