About this property

Winter Park Ski In / Out Gem with Private Hot Tub

Spacious ski-in ski-out 3 floor townhouse that perfectly accommodates a group of adults or families! The property backs up onto the woods with a stream. There is a private deck with a hot tub and grill.

There are two masters with on-suite bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms.

The open format kitchen is a chef's delight with an extra-large dining room table, Wolf range, and open living area.

We really hope you enjoy the space for skiing, hiking, or just relaxing with friends and family!

The space
Spacious nearly 3,000 foot home with high ceilings and a fantastic open format. Great for family and friend gatherings, eating big meals together, skiing, hiking and lounging! Three private decks, including the one with the hot tub!

In October 2020 we painted the entire house top to bottom and installed brand-new carpeting and flooring!

Guest access
The entire home is for your use with the exception of the locked owner’s closets and cabinet. There are still plenty of drawers and/or other closets in all bedrooms so you can settle in and enjoy!

Other things to note
Bring a bathing suit to enjoy the hot tub on our deck!

Our home is a short 5 minute walk to the Corridor Green Trail at Winter Park! You can also access Winter Park skiing and the town via a free town shuttle, which is a 5-10 minute walk.

Christmas in WinterPark

This condo is very, very nice. The condo is well appointed and well cared for by the owners. The kitchen is stocked very well with a great range, large refrigerator, and other appliances. The kitchen and dining area are large and create a great area for family meals. The nearest ski run is a short hike away through the trees. The hot tub and fireplaces are great for relaxing after a fun day of skiing. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed during our stay.

This property is special - cozy and casual, right on the mountain for great skiing in the winter and fabulous biking and hiking in the summer. We also have little kids so the place is super kiddo friendly. Enjoy!
